I don’t really know anything about wood work but the store did still have materials and accessories available (most discounted). They didn’t have a firm date they would be closing so if you have any wood projects on the horizon, you may want to stop by and check out this store before it closes after over 2 centuries in business.”

“While our umbrella (natural Tahitian thatch) is still shipping, giving 5 stars for customer service and communication thus far. Shipping was delayed while they located an umbrella part, so I requested they expedite to ensure delivery before a family event. They did and quickly confirmed shipment info and ETA. For a small order, the communication and efforts thus far are deserving of acknowledgment. Thanks Robby, Chris and Raul!
Update: Umbrella kit arrived in time in great condition. Was missing instructions. The local carrier/delivery co was tops. Umbrella and thatch are premium quality and appear much more durable (vs a prior woven thatch umbrella with bamboo pole we owned).
Assembly and installation took several hours and occasionally 2 people. Requires zip ties (we used ~70), which were not included.
If you’re in the market for a tropical looking umbrella that’s natural and made to last, I highly recommend.”

“I went to get a cheap pot for a plant and some potting soil. I wasn't sure where to go as I walked in, so I ran into a staff member and he was very polite and helpful, asking me what type of pot I was looking for and sending me the right way. I found what I was looking for in a few seconds....I found someone working in the patio department and I was able to ask further questions and I got very helpful answers. I found a plastic pot for a few bucks and the smallest potting soil bag was about $5. Very happy with the selection and service here.”
