The salesman, John Ritter, collected my wants, needs, and abilities, and presented me with available choices. Then he explained the CarMax, system and took me through the paperwork. He made it a tensionless experience. It's a good program for car sales and an excellent salesperson.

Human beings can never be perfect but Samir, who was my sales person did a wonderful job and got me a great car given that I had some special requests. He was patient, informative and in the end I did purchase the vehicle he found for me.

⭐ I don't put fewer stars because it's not possible.
My experience with Carnax has been the worst when purchasing a car. From the first month, the vehicle had engine failures. Although they provided me with assistance after a long process, the car has spent more time in their workshops than with me.
Now it is having problems again and although the motor supposedly has a warranty, I am told that a device that is part of it is not covered. When I contacted the store, they responded arrogantly, saying that they did me the favor of fixing it earlier, which seems disrespectful to me.
When I tried to return the car, the company offered me just $2,000, a ridiculous value for a vehicle that was supposed to be in good condition at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, I use my car to work and now I am forced to go a week without it, without any real solution from the company.
In short, I do not recommend buying from Carnax. Their after-sales service is poor, the guarantees do not cover what is necessary and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

Total rip off, they sell the cars at a very high price and are not worth as much sell them for. Don’t buy a car here they will rip you off for at least 5-10 thousand dollars
