Update your store hours to reflect the correct closing times

Came to the store at 7:23pm and the doors were locked. The two ladies inside didn’t even look at me to acknowledge I was at the door. The business hours on the window clearly states 8pm closing time. So I knocked and one lady said they close at 7. I don’t understand why the business hour sign says 8pm and they’re closing an hour earlier? I basically wasted my time coming here. Every other store in the plaza closes at 8 or later. Very upsetting

This location is horrible when it comes to customer service. I go frequently and have never been greeted or acknowledged. Just now I came to pick up an online order and buy a baby PJ. The sales associate asked for my number or email, I politely declined. She then said she needs either one to complete the transaction. This was weird because I have shopped here before and was never asked. After giving my email, I see her signing me up for something and I expressed to her that I didn’t want to be signed up for anything.She proceeded to talk over me and then tell me she’s just doing her job. I understand in retail you need to ask customers if they want to sign up for rewards but if I already declined once, why do I need to keep declining? It’s a little misleading because she told me she needed my info in order to complete the transaction. Her talking over me while expressing my concerns was not necessary. The inconsistency and rude associates are a major turnoff. Id rather shop at Old Navy.

Hello Isabel and all the other manger and (except for Felicia ) I just wanted to say There are soooo many reasons on why I'm leaving this store but the main reasons are : 1 ) the way you all treat African American customers is truly disgusting and horrible 2 ) the way you all treat me as if I'm the damn security guard is not only distasteful but it's disrespectful and rude to say the least 3 ) and finally is the hours , not only do y'all pay LOW as hell but y'all motherf**kers have the nerve , and the audacity, to give someone who is available for 8 days in two weeks only 4 days . IN THIS ECONOMY ...how DARE you be so inconsiderate and selfish . With all being said To achieve clarity, communication must be concise, so I am saying all of this to prioritize your comprehension on how unsophisticated and simple minded you all are in this matter .so ,this Carters location (2114 S University Dr Davie, FL 33324 United States) has to be the most foulest place of employment by far and y'all can kiss the crack of a***

I was at the store shopping today 4/4/2023 at around 11:30-12:00,two young man came in cleary not knowing what they were getting,it looked like it was their first time getting a baby something and it’s perfectly fine ? but the way the employee the lady in the white shirt was looking at them non stop like if they were going to steal was horrible and very uncomfortable she kept following them and looking at them very weird,the young kids ended up buying something because that’s what they went in there for. She needs to not be racist and not judge people because it was not nice and professional the way the employee was acting.

I debated publicly posting my experience below, which I’m sending to corporate but after reading the previous review I knew I had to share. Today I headed to this location with my 1yr old, eager to pick up a sweater that I ordered for my son to wear during his upcoming visit to meet Santa for the first time. As I entered the store around 5pm, it was empty of customers. There was one person visible to me, as I was walking through the door. I later learned that this was Amanda and she was the manager on duty. I headed straight to the checkout counter as I was just picking up an order, and Amanda also headed to same counter, I assumed she was coming to help me. My son and I waited to be acknowledged, as Amanda came within just a few feet of us, made eye contact and looked down at her iPad, never once uttering a word. A few moments later, another person enters the store and Amanda perked up, and said “Hello! Welcome, is there anything I can help you with?” Shortly after, an employee came from the back of the store to the counter to help my son and I. I would be naive not to have noticed that Amanda was a white woman and the person she acknowledged who entered the store after me was a white male. A racist encounter with my son in tow, was not on today’s To-Do list. Merry Christmas!

Went to the store yesterday to shop for my niece and nephew. I was the only one they followed and watched in the store, I was the only black customer in the store. I had a small handbag maybe they thought I was going to steal something. after noticing I felt very uncomfortable, purchase what I had in my basket and left. But I know it’s because of the color of my skin. Very racist. If you black don’t shop at this location.

Why does this store close so early? It's a complete inconvenience. 7pm? When most stores in the plaza close at oe after 9pm? Makes no sense and it's the reason I don't actually come to this store to shop EVER !!! Only for pickup and I'll be using a different store in the future

Carter's world uses cash star for their gift cards so if you go online to buy a gift card or if you go into the store and buy a gift card you're taking a chance if you go online and look up cash star reviews they are stealing money they just stole $272 from me do not get gift cards from carters children's store

I love this location they have everything you need ! The girls that work here are super sweet and very helpful :-) I just had a baby last month and I was a little iffy as to sizing when it comes to a newborn and any and every question I had the girls at the front counter were able to help clarify them for me and were also able to help me pick out some really cute baby clothes for my new one . Thanks again , Will be a returning customer 10/10

Young lady helped me with my shopping experience , signed me up for rewards and helped me apply for the credit card. She was very helpful and even knew how to communicate with me in sign language which was amazing. On my receipt it says her name was Sofia. So thank you Sofia for the wonderful experience!
