Warning people! Alex and Ariel the manager sent me the online failure customer service! Even in this COVIDidiots situation they allow themselves to play with your time . Using silly system and primitive way "filter " people like most of the bank in discrimination way . They will tell you "chex " another terrible company that reports fraudulent and one shots them down ! Please file bad reviews like me . FTC (federal trade commission) that how those banks will not be able to work anywhere anymore ! They are unprofessional. Terrible service and will waste your time Stay away !

Ok so my husband and I have banked here for over 23 years. It has changed names along the way a few times but we always stayed. My debit card was charged over $200 dollars by Groupon for something I didn't order. I called the bank when I saw this it was the same day it happened . Well the money was and is still in my account but the bank refuses to put a stop payment on it! The money is still in my account but they are going to give it to Groupon anyway! Then they said at that time they will try and figure it out! Guess what if they don't give them my money that they have been informed of is not approved of then there would be nothing to fix. I have never been treated so badly by a bank as to allow Groupon to steal my money when they have been informed it's fraud! The money is sitting there right now but they are still going to give it to Groupon! I will be changing banks it's bad enough to have Groupon steal by putting thru an unauthorized charge but for the bank to help them by giving them my money after they have been informed it's fraud is unacceptable! I can no longer recommend this bank due to my treatment by Cheryle and them giving my money to an unauthorized charge! Totally unacceptable and for Cheryle to raise her voice the way she did is disgusting!
