Stay away from this branch. Denora the branch manager is on a high horse and is unprofessional and rude along with her security mall cop Clark. Terrible experience.

Denora is the worst bank manager I have ever met. Her security guard Clark is also terrible. The whole branch doesn't even deserve the 2.3 stars it has. It should be a lot less.

I was initially impressed because, often, you hear that Chase Bank doesn’t pay as much attention to individuals and focuses more on the financial aspect. However, my experience was quite the opposite. The service I received was top-notch, and the staff was genuinely attentive. A special shout-out to Kendrick Merlos, who went above and beyond to assist me. Kendrick’s attention to detail, patience, and dedication truly made my banking experience seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend this branch, especially if you get the chance to work with Kendrick.

I will tell you a brief history of why you should consider opening an account with this bank, my wife decided to open an account with this bank, I advised her since I have services with them, excited about her new company she opened her business account, we asked several questions about the card processing systems etc but this doubt was not clarified, we started the process and the first inconvenience was that the Debit card did not arrive, to my surprise when my wife called to check the status, the associate never requested it 😪, my wife then requested it but additionally it was sent to the wrong place. We have made more than 20 invoices with their internal system and received payment from clients without problem, until one day due to the amount something which is understandable if you are in the construction industry! For no apparent reason they withheld the clients payment amount and closed the processing system, No one sent an email or anything! In fact, when the client couldn't pay, I found out, this problem made me lose this client and thousands of dollars. 🙄😥 I think we should work with platforms and banks that earn from transactions YES, but that offer Solutions to their clients.

Sick and tired of constantly having to complain and nothing getting fixed. The indoor ATM is inaccessible past 5:00 p.m. because the door scanner hasn't worked for well over 2 years now. I don't understand how a national Bank brand doesn't have the funding or the quick turnaround to fix such a minor inconvenience on their end. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.

The scanner for access to the ATM has not worked in over a year and the lady who works inside is rude and disregards you when you ask for help coming in. Wake up Chase! Your bank chain is being severely mismanaged

Nothing but bad experiences from this bank. The drive thru ATM has been out of cash on 2 separate weekends. The indoor self service ATM is locked after bank hours. Doors were locked and bank was closed during normal morning business hours on a Saturday.
