Ok, so I was in a head on accident, I called State Farm and they recommended Classic. I took my car in and Alvero a "Customer Support" person..just marked my car up with permanent red marks. Then I left my car there.I trusted that this business would fix my car. So, a week later Alvaro texted me said car would be ready in a few days..but no..they had my car for over 2 1/2 weeks! And he kept pushing the time frame out..He finally texted me that my car was ready..I got there and signed all paperwork, got keys. I drove 2 minutes down road and everything lit up on my dashboard and car stalled! I had to restart my car and get car back in gate. Alvaro said he was taking it down to "HIS" macanic. Umm..ok..but why? He's gone for at least 30 minutes and brings car back..says there was no oil in car..umm.. ok why is there no oil in my engine? He didn't answer me, just threw me my keys and walked away! Now it's been over 3 months and my car is having a bunch of issues! Shaking, stalling out all the time..are you serious!! But they got paid by my insurance company and I paid my deductible yet my car is having major issues! They deny any and all wrong doing! Omg..really! I can't even believe that they gave me my car back with no oil in the engine! How does this happen! I can't even begin to tell everyone how upset I am yet they are getting away with causing more damage to my car than when I dropped it off!

Back In July I had an accident and they fixed the door on my truck pretty good but The handle came off the next day, They told me they were going to take care of it , after going 5 times until today is over 5 months I have not handle on my door, is a chevi silverado very easy, no happy

What an unbelievably great experience. From the quality of the repairs to my vehicle all the way to the constant exceptional customer service I was given from beginning to end. Look no further for a body shop if your looking for one, these guys will take great care of you! Oh, and I almost forgot...Julio made absolute sure I was constantly updated and satisfied with my experience and because of him I absolutely am!!!

I had some repairs to my son's car after he was in an accident. Julio kept me updated the entire way. I never had to wonder what was going on, as I would receive text messages on how the repairs were going. They explained the entire process to me. We picked up the car two and half weeks later, the exact time they told me it would be ready. You would never have known the car was in an accident. If your car needs body work, bring it here, you will not be disappointed.Service: Body & Trim

I would not recommend this place to anybody the work quality they did on my truck was ridiculous. I had to send it to another body shop to have them fix what classic collision did. I was not impressed at all highly regret taking my truck there I could give them zero stars I wouldService: Painting

Classic Collision is a great place to get your car fixed with extremely professional staff! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel very welcome! I definitely recommend Classic Collision for any car repairs!

Somehow they were on the list of state farm select aut repair shops, but strangely while everyone else was booked for months, they had an immediate opening. After pre-arranging the state farm assignment for my repair and having it approved, they failed to set up my Rent-A-Car at which time I was given arrive over there and lo and behold they had no reservations, even though I had made one just the day before and one of their representatives became belligerent, but yet reported to our branch manager, who had me get into a van thinking I was going for my reserve vehicle and took me back we are Alvaro and Kathleen declined my assignment per the Enterprise manager, Drew, Nolan and Alvaro and Kathleen said I wasn’t accommodating enough, and they were just going to decline the state form assignment, which not only cost me a day of work but now, after I chose them, I have to begin looking for an alternative Repair and this was all because the young manager at Enterprise and Alvaro and obviously the GM at Classic decided because I couldn’t wait any longer for a reservation that they would just cancel the entire assignment. I cannot believe that these incompetent Representatives are involved with major companies and it was scary. Did I mention that all of their reviews through a website called Carwise which I assume is theirs are anonymous. their current address is not listed on the Better Business Bureau. But there are seven classic collision auto repair, body shops all with F+ rating. look out for the front desk lady who will schedule it but then turns it over to a young Latin guy who has never been manager or appraiser anywhere else but here and is obviously hooked up to the branch manager so that he can do anything to potential customers and just keep the ones with money.

A simple front panel change was poorly done. These guys are liars, lazy and stupid. Need to check for functionality of the car upon return and have someone inspect everything. They are just horrible and probably just qualify for insurance companies because they are cheap given the many shortcut they take. Some of the finished pictures...

Kathleen and Alvaro took really good care of me. I brought in my car for a insurance claim. It has been hectic as I am from another state. They explained everything to me, they were very caring and understanding. I felt super comfortable working with them and the team here at Classic Collision.. Not only did they help me with the car though. Kathleen called enterprise rental for them to pick me up. I am really in awe at the level of customer service provided... KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM HERE AT CLASSIC COLLISION..

Worse experience I have ever had at an auto place. Took my car to get an estimate for body work on my truck. I asked Mark before leaving the truck if he could give me an estimated time frame for the required repairs. Was told is can't give any estimate until they fully inspect the truck, The next day I was told the truck repair would take 3 1/2 weeks (eventhough he said the repairs looked easy and only one part would need to be order (a door handle), hence timing should not be bad. When I said I could not be out of a truck for almost a month since me and my wife share one vehicle, so I wanted to pick the truck up and do the work at a later time. He refused to give me my truck back, stated that it was partially disasembled and in order to get it back he needed to be paid for the estimate, dissasembly and now reassembly!!! I was never informed of that and expected like almost all body shops to get an estimate and decide (without paying for the estimate), whether I would do the work there or not. It was a nightmare, our service guy Mark kept ignoring our calls and when we went there in person to talk with him, he would not stop and talk, only scream that we weren't taking the truck from the shop. For 2 days I had tio work with my insurance company to negotiate the return of my truck, they essentially kept it hostage. I would never recommend this place and the staff are nice when you drop off BUT once they have your car or truck - BEWARE.Service: Body & Trim
