Went into this location this morning bright before I had to go to work and was treated so poorly by the woman that opened this morning. She was rude and couldn’t give me straight answers. I tried to return an expensive flat iron that I ordered on line and got it defective. And also received it with a slight nick in the outside of the box. I showed her my online receipt and my packing slip. She argued that It wasn’t enough for the return she needed to see the store number where they got it from . Then she kept ignoring me and staring and inspecting the tiny nic in the box. I said why do you need the store number this is a corporation, had no answer. Stayed quiet and stared at the box. I went to the tamarac store and they said all she had to do was scan the online receipt to see the store # and besides that she could have just offered me store credit which I would have taken because I needed a flat iron. Instead Tamarac got my business and I will be going there for now on. I wrote to corporate about this and asked for a District supervisor’s number. Nothing yet.

As a dedicated salon owner, I frequently rely on Cosmo Prof as my primary supplier for high-quality beauty products. The fact that it is a licensed-only store adds to its exclusivity and appeal, as it ensures that I have access to professional-grade items that my clients expect and deserve. Given the significant amount of money I invest in stocking my salon with their products, it seems only reasonable to expect a few basic amenities to enhance my shopping experience. One such amenity would be a sturdy, branded bag to carry my purchases. Not only would this provide a practical solution to transporting my products, but it would also promote the Cosmo Prof brand in my community as I move about with their merchandise. After all, the relationship between a supplier and a professional relies on mutual respect and consideration, and a simple gesture like providing a carrying bag would go a long way in reinforcing that partnership. I would be happy to see Cosmo Prof bring the BAGS back , thank you!

The people working in this store and I’m mainly referring to the supposed manager in this location is argumentative, condescending, rarely knows nor is educated on what his store carries, as well as has a lack of understanding about what the specials are for that month nor how the specials work. He likes to argue with customers, and then when you request him to call his district manager so she can properly advise him on specials for the month, what’s included, and how it works, she apparently can not be reached. Had she properly trained him and went over details for that months specials maybe he would be able to help clients and not argue with them about stuff he’s not been trained on. He actually called another manage at another store than proceeded to put her on speaker so I could over hear their conversation and here her talking negatively tryinghim to just “just do it and shut her up” as she didn’t know he had her on speaker and I could hear her. That’s how unprofessional he is. I recorded the whole thing . can’t even get a proper same day delivery from this location when I’ve been charged and paid for that service. I call to make sure the order has been processed and is being delivered same day, because too many times it has not been, and the manager tells me that it’s up to door dash because per his words “you hired to door dash to deliver the order”. He doesn’t even know how it works. This is the manager. He tried to say it was the same as when I order food from door dash. It’s up to them when they decide to bring it whether it be today or in 2 days. This is literally what the manger at this location thinks. I did not hire door dash. I placed a same day delivery from the Cosmoprof app. Cosmoprof hires door dash to deliver it, not the other way around.. I’ve been dealing with this ignorance at this store for years now and have said nothing. Clearly the district manager and corporate do not care about how people are treated in this store nor if the employee’s are properly versed and trained. The district manager needs to do better. Your employees are only as good as you are and like they say the fish stinks from the head down. Upper management is doing a terrible job and it reflects in that store. As hairdressers we talk and I know many people have told me about them having similar negative experiences at this location. I try to avoid going here as much as possibly, but unfortunately it’s the closest one to me and sometimes I have no choice. Do yourself a favor go to the one in Hollywood (they are more polite and seem to know what’s going on) or Tamarac if you can’t get to the one in Hollywood. I’ve held off on giving a bad review at this location because again I’m forced to go there, but I’m tired of the rude misinformed people at this location and it’s the actual manager at this location that is like that. He’s very rude. DO BETTER!!

Great place to get professional products and tools. Good variety of it. The girl from Venezuela and the guy from Nicaragua were very nice and lovely. Clean and peaceful place! The guy with long hair was shyly or special but nice too, he said Hi in a cool way. I liked this store and I recommend people to give a try! Love it!!!??
