I went to Costco today to buy couple cases of water, when I reach outside I notice 1 case of the water was leaking, Derrick was standing at the door checking receipts and he was very helpful call the supervisor and I got another case of water lest than 10 mins. Derrick is a good customer service.

Love this place. Like most Costco’s, the parking lot is horrendous. If you can, get there 15 minutes before opening, you’ll get a space. And plan your exit while you’re shopping.
Overall, I’ve found great deals in Costco on things that I would spend a lot on in Walmart/Aldi/Publix. It helps with my meal-prep and saving on money!

Love Costco. And I look forward to their monthly sales. I get my chopped meat, chicken cutlet, and pork loin there. Best prices on lettuce and other veggies and fruit. Can't beat their paper goods and laundry supplies. Also get my pet's prescription medicine there, best price.

I gave 3 stars because of the crazy fuel line. 1, it's a long line. Sure, on a good day, it can move smoothly. Otherwise, be prepared to wait a while. 2, it is a tight area to move around. 3, getting back on the highway is tricky. This costco spot isn't one of the best for getting gas. Good luck.

Very very bad location i repeat this please be careful shopping at this location I'm a member of Costco for years i shop often for myself as well as uber eats too this particular location on this particular day and time decided to harass me Costco store #91 1890 s university dr Davie fl 33324 once I entered store I presented my Costco card otherwise you won't be allowed inside once inside I decided to shop for items for my Uber eats order I've been doing this almost 7 months so I'm use to it once I grabbed my 9 items I went to checkout the lady in front of me took so long to cash out because she kept complaining of prices of her items so we just had to wait for her to finish while I'm in line ready to pay and go I'm approached by some guy that works there I don't know his name because I was so embarrassed and upset of the treatment that I had just received from him he walked up and said where's your Costco card so I looked at him like wow no hi or hey he didn't speak at all just went off on me in front of the whole store and embarrassed me then I showed him my phone uber eats membership plus my own membership he single me out for bo reason embarrassed me yelled for a supervisor then guy named David came and tried to help but the employee kept talking rude to me in front him I heard David ask him to stop and walk away is this how Costco treat paying customer as well as members to put the icing on the cake cashier hedy l. who was the cashier for my order was so in rush to go home the lady that was in front of me put back 3 items because of prices and placed them in box put in my cart I didn't realize to I got to exit where then security yelled audit and told me that I had more items then on receipt when actually I never bag or touch anything the Costco workers did but by me being harassed and embarrassed by that employee my mind was gone I couldn't believe what just happened finally they realized it was their fault not mines and I left I would do my best to never visit this location ever again as well as I'm reporting this to corporate I might sue as well because I was targeted and harassed for no reason my lawyer will get a call from me I though customer service was important and to not harassed customers don't visit this location

Why do you subject your customers and employees to such a horrible parking experience??? I will never understand. I have anxiety every time I have to park at your store. The entrance is in a corner so everyone that's trying to leave collides with everyone that's trying to enter the store, who are btw trying to locate their Costco membership card to be able to enter the store. There's no dedicated space for pedestrians to roll their groceries to their car, so they're just pushing the full carts through heavy traffic of cars that are already frustrated trying to find a parking spot. And don't even get me started on the gas lines... extremely inconsiderate that you have your customers waiting lined up literally blocking the highway. You already know most of your products are good and you have a ton of business. Why not invest some of that money so your customers can have a pleasant shopping experience. Open more locations where your existing customers need it. Please and thank you. You're already a good company just work on your structuring a bit

One of my favorite places on Earth. I just love big box stores but there's something really special about Costco. Sometimes I go just to take a look at what's new but I never leave the store without something so they get me every time. Parking is horrible because there's always a crowd but ya gotta do, what ya gotta do. Customer service is great and you're guaranteed to walk out of there with something. That makes it worth it.
