Well I was given a different price and I consider they should have kept the 1st price they gave me in the lock and they could have told me I can get my own lock and not sell me that expensive one

They are very helpful. Denise is a wonderful employee, she does everything that she can for you. The units are clean and the building is climate controlled.

Denise at this location is always very helpful and pleasant to speak with. This location is clean and well maintained. Plenty of carts to use. The mobile app is great and can unlock the entry gate. Been here for 7-8 years and never had an issue.

They wonāt tell you about 20% late fee,
Almost 10 dollars āconvenience feeā for online payment, rate increase after 3 months.
Fees, fees, fees. If you can avoid this place.

Staff was excellent when signing up. I sincerely apologise as I forgot the name of the man who helped me but he was super professional and answered every question I had. The nice gal sitting next to him was also extremely professional and super sweet when speaking to her on the phone. Love the security and drive up feature. Thanks again to the staff, more companies need more professional employees such as these guys (and gal). Highly highly recommend. Cheers!

Iāve used a few other storage places and this Cubesmart is by far the best Iāve been too. The manager Gus is always helpful if I need any help and the prices and location are amazing!! I would highly recommend!
