I booked a vaccine appointment which they canceled because of an injection i was supposed to be on but wasn’t on because it was a misdiagnosis. I showed them the conversation between me and my insurance as well as me and the pharmacy that medication was prescribed at, which confirmed that i was not on that medication. Yet, the lady told me she has to go off of what’s on her paper. Even though her paper clearly showed that the quantity dispensed was 0. Very unhelpful lady at the pharmacy. Had to pay $143 at the minute clinic for that vaccine when i could have gotten it for free at the pharmacy but because of this stupid lady i wasn’t able to. She could have tried to help by calling the pharmacy to confirm if it was dispensed or not when im showing messages that it wasn’t but instead she just canceled and didn’t go beyond saying “im just going off by what’s on the paper “ yeah maybe you should have also seen that paper says 0 qty dispensed.

I really wish people wouldn’t load up the reviews with negatives. This CVS is clean, workers are friendly and helpful. I’m usually the first to post a review when all the essential areas aren’t meant cleanliness, customer service and efficiency. This specific location has all three. Also, Sharon is amazing ♥️♥️♥️

Is very organized, great customer service, the merchandise is excellent and offers are wonderful, the only problem is the internet when I used the cvs app.

I arrived at the CVS drive thru before 1:30pm and a man was assisting me with my prescription. He told me one of my prescriptions was out of stock and the other would be ready in a few minutes. He leaves for lunch between 1:30pm to 2pm without notifying me. I decided to wait there at the window for the duration of the lunch break. At 2pm Naysha approached the window with her colleague no where in sight. When I asked why they would just leave without letting me know she didn't really have a response. She gave a reluctant apology given she wasn't the reason for my frustration, however she was, was, at the moment was the ambassador for the business. She then tells me that the medication was still not ready and to come inside so she can help the other car that arrived behind mine. I told her I needed the inhaler prescribed because i have Covid to which she told me it would take five more minutes. When I finished paying, I noticed my receipt was ripped at the part where the qr code for the survey would be, and knowing CVS receipts to have much more length to it, I believe it is the action taken by the staff to prevent me from completing the survey. In case the video isn't visible this is store number 3291 register 12 transaction 3795 completed on January 24th, 2023 at 2:08PM

I am so tired of going to the drive through and having to wait for people doing tests in car, takes 20 minutes and I take a minute to pick up my prescription. Naysha tore my coupons off my receipt,I use them all the time and she stole them. Think I might have to find another store for my pills.

A cashier stands directly behind you now while using the selfpay kiosk... instead of standing behind me, watching me you should just rring me up at the register, very uncomfortable, feeling. Next time I'll drive an extra mile.

Imagine trying to get your medication and you walk up to the pharmacy inside of this CVS and the clerk looks up your information and instead of attempting to assist in resolving the issue she walked away and attended a drive through customer. My doctor sent the prescription and instead of attempting to help me out in explaining why on their end it was sent but CVS claimed other wise she just turned around and ignored me as a customer? What's even better is the pharmacist saw the entire ordeal and ignored my calls to assist. What a terrible place to visit. Such bad customer service and with the lack of basic decent civility it's best you go to another pharmacy.

I went to the minute clinic last year next to my house on Griffin and flamingo and waited over three hours in my car with an appointment I needed some vaccines and my teacher recommended this location within 10 minutes I was in and out with my tuberculosis papers and I will continue to go to this minute clinic thank you!

This CVS has stuck in 17th Century! I don't know how to make them answer the phone calls... Staff is rude and lazy!Avoid this location!
