Everyone in this store is super nice. I’ve never had a problem. However I just had an interaction with the rudest pharmacy technician. I was waiting in line when she was on the phone with a client. When she hung up she was complain loudly about that person. When she came to deliver my prescription I had other otc medication I wanted to purchase. The register was not allowing the transaction to be made. I asked if she would do a separate transaction to charge me for them and she said no offense but that would be a waste of her time. There was nobody else in line. I went to the front of the store to check out. She should not have a customer service position if she is that rude. She had short curly hair.

Worst CVS ever. Girl at the front playing with the phone and cannot assist me. I asked the lady in the pharmacy for help and she sent me to the front. Really bad customer service... I sssume management here sucks.

This CVS is a Health Risk! Health Hazard Alert! The Pharmacy and store are both super filthy, dirty and full of dust! You can't even breathe properly in the store thinking you may get Covid, with or without a mask. As soon as you walk in, the smell of old unmaintained dirty store is unavoidable. The Minute Clinic Pharmacy turnover is 99%, different Minute Clinic pharmacy rep every week! That is because no one wants to work here. And they are all incompetent. I have never had a good experience at this location's Minute Clinic.Every time you go to take your PCR test, they tell you "oh, our system is down, come back later..". But I had an appointment?! Well, sorry can't help you. Will it be back up in an hour? I don't know. Then why are you asking me to come back in an hour. What do you want me to say? I won't you to text me when your system is back up. We don't go that? Are you serious? I don't know what else to tell you. Come back in an hour or so to see if our system is back up again. I did not go back in an out. No one called. I filed a complaints through CVS.com, and I amNow to file a complaint through BBB, and will report this store to Health Hazard Organization. What a failure, CVS!

I was waiting over 24 hours for them to fill an Rx of antibiotics. I called three times (starting in the morning after the doctor called in, i do understand they have many before mine) and each time i was told they were working on it, that i would get a call when ready - this is ridiculous! Meanwhile, infection growing and feeling worse and worse. The job of the pharmacy is to fill prescriptions so patients can get better, the medicine is not a controlled substance or anything unusual - no one should have to wait that long for much needed meds - i gave an extra star because the guy that helped me was actually very nice, not his fault/call on the filling of the Rx

Just got cash back and they gave me fake money. Called them within 10 minutes of me leaving the store (when I noticed) and they told me I have to deal with management now . IRRESPONSIBLE!

They’ll leave drop off line open and not service you no orange cone like many other CVSs will do, no sign just wasting gas sitting there during a gas shortage. I guess they do not have the capability to multitask at this particular location? So be warned if you are in need of your meds in a timely manner because you’ll not only be out of gas but out of time as well.

Fraud Alert anyone that is looking for a customer oriented pharmacy stay away from CVS this company could care less about the customer they only protect the insurance company I really think there pharmacist are hired and are not qualified for there position..PROTECT YOURSELF AND STAY AWAYThis pharmacy is located on University Dr and Griffin Road.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They actually walk you to the aisle with the product instead of just having you guess. My cashier Russel was amazing and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back to this CVS!

I saw an item clearly labeled for $19.99, plus I had a 40% coupon. They charged $29.99 for the item, which after the 40% came in at about $18.00. I showed the clerk and then the manager that it was clearly labeled at $19.99. So then they agreed to give me it at that price (plus tax) but said since it was a sale they couldn't apply the coupon. I pointed out I was better off with the full price but the coupon, would they go back to that. They said they couldn't, that I was being argumentative, and that I should leave the store.I should also note that the pharmacy will take notes on a medication and then ignore those notes in filling the medication.This is not a well run store.

I'm not surprised over the negative opinions. I totally agree that it's the absolute worst pharmacy ever. Been going there for 15 years and I have to find another pharmacy to deal with.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I regret having my prescriptions sent here. I have called numerous times to check on my prescription and have been put on hold for an unacceptable amount of time. I was even hung up on after waiting almost 15 minutes to just ask if it was ready. And the drive thru? Forget about it. You'll be waiting for a half an hour to just get to the window to only wait longer for service. I understand they are probably very short staffed however the majority of the staff is rude and unprofessional and couldn't care less how long they make you wait. Only one pharmacy tech has been kind and apologetic about the wait and inconvenience. I'll definitely be transferring my scripts to a different pharmacy.
