I went to a MinuteClinic visit today. This team here is very well organized, professional, and friendly. They really left me feeling impressed and satisfied with their medical expertise. They knew what they were doing. Very personable. The pharmacy team was also friendly and got my prescriptions ready to go in 10 minutes flat!

This pharmacy has some of the worst incompetence I’ve ever seen. Cancelling prescriptions for no reason. No updates. No one answers the phone. I had to call CVS corporate and speak to one of their reps in order to get a pharmacist to pick up the phone to answer my simple question “is the medicine that was sent over 5 days ago ready?” (It wasn’t). AVOID THIS PLACE!!

This review is for the pharmacy. There is no communication whatsoever if a medication is either not covered or not in stock. The only action the staff takes is to not fill the prescription, instead of reaching out to the patient and attempting to rectify the issue. My husband went twice in one day. The first time they claimed they never received the medication, which led to a phone call to the doctor who confirmed it was sent. The doctor then called the pharmacy to speak to an actual person. The problem? The insurance didn’t cover what was initially sent, so they never bothered communicating that with the doctor or the patient. Once they figured that out, we again waited hours for the new prescription to be refilled. My husband drove over after hearing nothing, spoke to the gentleman behind the counter who admitted to viewing the prescription earlier and seeing it wasn’t in stock, but again didn’t communicate that with anyone. Instead, he did nothing. He finally decided to use some common sense (once my husband was there) and see if another CVS pharmacy had the medication in stock , which luckily enough they did. So my husband will finally get his much needed meds after waiting over 9 hours. I personally use Walgreens and have never had this issue with such blatant lack of communication. Extremely unprofessional. What if someone was in even more dire need of a medication and the staff just ignored the issue?

Love my CVS #4610 in Davie,, Fl. Order on line pick up is wonderful. My order is always correct! The packaging is done with care and respectful of my items. Tony is amazing. Always has a big smile and greets me every time I go to the store.Kathy S

I don't normally have a need to shop at CVS. Went to this location because I needed some pictures printed off my phone. System happened to be down so I headed out. Was stopped by a curly haired employee (mistakenly didn't get the name), who guided me through the online order process and said that my prints will be ready in 15 minutes. They were! I just need to emphasize this person's efficiency and helpfulness. They were seemingly running the entire store. Helped several people at several stations at once with ease. Hopefully this company realizes talent and rewards accordingly.

This pharmacy is the worst. Went to pick-up my mother's PREPAID medication and they canceled it on their end (without our consent) while the money has already been removed from her bank account. And then they expected me to pay a second time for the total amount. Corporate needs to crack down on this location and actually hire competent employees.

This CVS Minute clinic is very good. The practicitioner is very knowledgeable and treats you well.I believe we have seen her at another CVS Clinic location & she is very professional and has a good manner.I would recommend Geraldine Auguste, NP to my friends & relatives.

If cvs wouldn't be my preferred pharmacy I wouldn't go there. ..They don't pick up the phone...Very understaffed...I feel bad for nice people who works there...

I picked up my scrip only to find the dosage and number of pills was off. I contacted my doctors office who confirmed with the pharmacist that CVS was at fault but they’d rectify it. I went in the next day to exchange for the new amount and when I relayed what my doctors office told me to the pharmacist on duty (Matthew) he became defensive and told me I was making strong accusations, yelling at me and telling me it’s the doctors fault. I didn’t even care whose fault it was I just wanted the proper amount. As I waited for him to change out the pills he gave me major attitude and no apologies. I’ve moved my business to another pharmacy thanks to Matthew.

When you are in person,things go fine. But they absolutely refuse to pick-up a phone call or respond to a VM, no matter how pressing. Bad custr service. Tried on day 2. After a 15 min wait,someone hung upon me.

A cashier stands directly behind you now while using the selfpay kiosk... instead of standing behind me, watching me you should just rring me up at the register, very uncomfortable, feeling. Next time I'll drive an extra mile.

Customer service is bad. Dropped prescription in the morning, was tol that will be ready by 6-30pm, which is by itself too long. Promised to text when ready. No text, no calls. Online info shows in process, without any info when it will be ready. Called, tried to speak with someone. Was 36 min on hold and no person answered.
