First, I’ve never written a bad review because I know how hard it is to run a small business. I feel bad but also obligated:-Practitioner makes claims that contradict peer-reviewed research-Sketchy equipment-Use of damagingly inaccurate misinformation to make sales-Other verified clients report insulting hard-sell tactics.-Other verified clients report some red flags that indicate this provider may not be properly licensed.-Red flags re: lack of gloves or indicators of sterilized environment for “Megaderm” brand micro needling. (penetrates the skin barrier=infection risk.Skin treatments are notorious for making claims unsubstantiated by research so that would be nothing new (but still not cool.) If they have a current license it should be easy to correct the record on that score. Still, even a little digging showed a lot of unhappy customers and their claims match my experience. I work in SEO and know how easy it is to manipulate your reviews on Google, but other complaints are harder to get rid of.

Bought a facial on Groupon and called right away to make an appointment, she didn't have immediate availability so they gave me a date and time for 2 weeks later. The time wasn't good for me so I adjusted my day to be able to make it as I was really looking forward to this because I'm going on a trip. She called me today and said that her schedule had changed and that she needed to move the appointment to another time but my day had been rearranged before for her as well and this time I couldn't because I have prior appointments, so she told me to re scheduled to next week when I will be already away on my holiday. I told her I couldn't and that I needed my money back and she said to reach out to groupon...never an apology, never tried to accommodate her scheduled...very poor customer service skills, and that to me, being in Customer Service for the past 20 years, says everything. NOT RECOMMENDED

Denise uses organic products which I love. My skin looked and felt good after my facial with her- the oxygen and Mega Durm treatment. But I really saw the results about 24hrs later my skin looked even better! And has continued to. I never experienced any skin irritation from the extractions or anything else she was doing-because I have sensitive skin I usually do. I definitely recommend. Thanks Denise!

My first treatment was with Mega-Derm super delighted with the results of the first treatment My skin has never felt so clean and soft and tight. All I can say is thank you DeniseMy skin has been problematic with hormonal acne for seven years, and I’ve already seen a massive result from just one treatment of her megaderm. Indeed, it is a fairly quick treatment, but Denise does not BS and waste time. She has this incredible machine that literally does not exist—a true gem that exfoliates layers of my skin with no down time after, just a light redness for 15 mins that goes away right after. I also took a chance to try her product and loved it. I bought the bacteria killing serum, and it’s the only product I’ve tried so far that continues to give me results and my skin doesn’t grow tolerant/loses effect. This is coming from someone who spends hundreds on top of the line products ie Skinceuticals Zo Skin Health etc. her stuff works and I’ve been going weekly ever since—thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I've been a client of Denise's for over 10 years now. Now she sees my whole family -husband and teenagers. A quick trip to Denise and we all have glowing skin. She is experienced to treat conditions like rosacea, acne, melasma.... she has helped us Melissa..... additionally, she had her own product line which we are committed to. The sunblock is amazing. I would always break out from sunblock, but not Denise's product. Great serums too. I highly recommend Denise. She's quick and effective. I always get compliments on my skin.

I first met Denise thru a Groupon. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. My skin has never looked better. I had acne scars and after several treatments they are now gone! You just can't go one time you must be consistent to have great skin. I will give her a 10++. I have been going to her for about 5 years now. Thanks Denise!
