Dealing with the owners that are so professional and detailed . The installer was also so professional and he did a great job. Thank you so much ! So great to do business with a local family owned business , that has been in our area for years . We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Distinctive Inc for floors - we are new to the area and found them online. We had our laminate flooring installed this week and I can personally say that they are the best in the business. The entire process was smooth - this is the first time we had flooring done and Paul walked us through the entire process. He and his brother are very honest, carry top notch materials and pricing is very fair. They were very patient and supportive as we picked our material before ordering (I am very picky and looked at many different colors over and over). Hugo who installed the floor is very professional, punctual and a true expert in flooring installation. He went above and beyond to ensure the overall finish of the floor looked perfect in each room. This place is the real deal, they treat you like family and provide phenomenal customer care. The pictures don’t do justice, it looks even better in person.

Initially I was reluctant because of the distance from where I live. Boy, would I have short changed myself after first making contact by phone canvassing perspective businesses that sell and install carpet first. I am currently retired after being in business for a little over 40 years. The others that I spoke with didn't come across as sincere and certainly didn't have as many positive 5 star reviews. I ordinarily don't write reviews, however I was so impressed by how I was treated and to take that further just how elated we are with our new carpet as it looks like what we used to say a million dollars....

Forget the big box stores and go with family owned Distinctive Carpet and Tile instead. Why? Because you will be dealing with a set of professionals who really care and take pride in their product and service. Paul took his time with me and helped me find the perfect vinyl flooring for my two story condo. He was prompt and punctual when measuring my home, and very patient as well with all of my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured. Such a friendly guy. His floor leveler, Steve, arrived early and was very congenial and professional, finishing his part of the installation process in less than two days, making way for the installer, Hugo, to begin his work. Can't sing Hugo's praises enough! He loves what he does, and it shows in his work. Very meticulous, neat and hard-working. He is indeed an artist when it comes to installing flooring. And what a good-hearted guy! Enjoyed chatting with him while he took his lunch breaks. The respect for you as a customer and professionalism in getting the job done efficiently and expertly is why I HIGHLY recommend this family owned company. So again, if you want a family owned business that has been in business for almost three decades, forget those big box stores and choose distinctive carpet and tile. You WON'T be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Distinctive Carpet and Tile.
Their selections, pricing, and customer service are top notch, and they helped me find a beautiful flooring that I wouldn't have found at a big box store at a very competitive price. My installation was flawless. It was clean, efficient, and the installer is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Renovating can be stressful, but Jason and company made the experience worthwhile. I highly recommend checking them out.

Myself and my family have purchased flooring from Distinctive Carpet & Tile multiple times. Paul and his brother Jason are the best in the business. They explain every step of the process, and are very transparent when conducting business. They are reliable and on time. I checked with a few other showrooms, and you can’t beat the prices they have. After doing business with them, I wouldn’t use any other flooring company.

It’s rare that I find myself writing a review let alone a positive one. However I felt compelled to share my experience with other readers. If you are looking for tile and installation, this is your company. It’s hard in today’s world to find companies that do what they say they’re going to do without you as the owner keeping tight oversight. That wasn’t the case with distinctive. Paul and his brother Jason are the absolute professionals who do what they promise and commit to. I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with the tile installation at my home. In fact they did such a wonderful job that I immediately referred my best friend.

For over 20 years we have only used Paul and Jason for our carpet and wood flooring needs. Their quality top name product selection is fantastic along with their excellent customer service. They treat you like a family member. The specialized installers are truly artists and instal with perfection and total cleanliness! We compared product and pricing recently and they still were the best overall.
