Why I cannot recommend this business:
Forgot to pay off my car after being issued a $10K check
BMW leased broke down every month (check engine light constantly on)
BMW started smoking and shut down in the middle of the expressway
Charged over $3K without any contract signed
Manager stated I would not be refunded, contract or not
Leaked customer emails in a mass request for reviews
My experience with DriveOn Auto has been absolutely disgusting.
During my visit, the manager made unsolicited political comments, including expressing support for Trump, which I felt was unprofessional and made the environment uncomfortable. This added to an already negative experience.
I left a review before, but for some reason, it was removed. Not only was the car I received constantly breaking down, but it ended with me preparing legal action for what I believe to be fraud. I never signed a renewal contract, yet they attempted to charge me for an additional 6-month term.
I had previously used services like Free2Move and MotorEnvy with great results, so I thought this would be similar. Unfortunately, this company was a complete disaster. I sent them a check for over $10K to pay off a car — which they forgot to apply — and my credit score took a hit for nonpayment.
The manager was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. The BMW broke down monthly, and at one point began smoking and shut down in the middle of the road.
After I declined to renew the lease, I was charged over $3K without having signed anything. The manager refused to speak with me over the phone. In person, he became aggressive, yelled my full name in front of others, told me to “get up and out,” and made serious accusations. He stated I would not be refunded, regardless of any signed agreement.
After I posted a review, the company sent a mass email to customers asking for reviews — which included a leak of many private customer emails. I’ve since reported this, as it raises serious privacy concerns.
While some staff were kind — particularly the agent I initially worked with — this has been a sickening experience overall.
I will be making one final attempt to resolve this before pursuing legal action, as there is no legally binding contract showing I agreed to these charges. I’m sharing my experience so that others don’t have to go through the same thing. Since my email was already leaked, I’ll continue speaking up if my review is taken down — transparency matters.
For a fuller picture, I recommend checking the Yelp reviews — many reflect similar concerns.

Incredible service! Got to their office at 5:30PM ended up leaving at 8:00PM long talk! But Diego was extremely helpful, patient and honest. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to help the best he can.

Trash cars. Trash staff. Trash contracts. BUYER BEWARE!
If I could give DriveOn Auto in Davie, FL a zero-star rating, I would. Prospective car buyers or car subscription seekers, I implore you: exercise extreme caution when considering doing business with this company. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, culminating in an ongoing legal dispute stemming from what I consider a calculated scam that has cost me a significant amount of money over the past six months. Dealing with DriveOn Auto ranks among the worst decisions I've ever made.
The vehicles they offer are of demonstrably poor quality. This alone is a major red flag. However, the truly egregious issue lies with their contracts. These documents are, in my opinion, predatory and designed to obfuscate crucial details. Florida law, specifically the Florida Motor Vehicle Retail Sales Finance Act (Chapter 520, Florida Statutes), outlines specific requirements for vehicle sales contracts, including clear disclosure of all terms and conditions. DriveOn Auto's contracts seem designed to skirt these regulations, burying unfavorable clauses within dense, confusing language. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning and potentially illegal.
My interaction with their salesperson, Michael, started off amicable enough. However, his demeanor changed drastically when I attempted to address the consequences of his misleading representations. He provided inaccurate information regarding my monthly payment, which resulted in an increase of nearly $700. When I returned to the dealership to discuss this discrepancy, I was subjected to what felt like a high-pressure, borderline coercive tactic. They essentially held my car keys hostage, refusing to return them until I paid the inflated amount. This strong-arm approach is unacceptable and potentially violates Florida's consumer protection laws, which prohibit unfair or deceptive trade practices. I explicitly explained my financial situation to them when they accepted my down payment, and they feigned understanding and willingness to work with me. Their subsequent actions demonstrated a complete lack of good faith.
DriveOn Auto advertises itself as a solution for individuals with credit challenges. This claim rings hollow. Their staff is unprofessional, and their business practices suggest a fundamental lack of compassion and understanding for the very demographic they claim to serve. They seem to lack the infrastructure and ethical compass necessary to responsibly operate a business, let alone provide genuine assistance to those with credit issues. Their tactics reek of loan shark type practices, preying on vulnerable individuals with limited options.
Instead of wasting your hard-earned money, time, and emotional energy on DriveOn Auto, I strongly advise exploring alternative solutions. Consider reputable dealerships with transparent contracts and ethical sales practices. Research car subscription services or other options that prioritize customer well-being over profit at any cost. Do your due diligence and protect yourself from companies like DriveOn Auto that appear to prioritize exploitation over legitimate business practices. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I just got a beautiful Caddy. This was a great find for a small lot. Low mileage, clean and at a great price too. I have poor credit and I was surprised that they were able to finance me. The interest was a little bit higher but since I did sell cars, I understood. They helped me out to lower my payments. I got fair value for my trade. Even tips on how to improve my credit. My mechanic examined the vehicle and found a couple of things wrong, like the brakes. I brought it back and they replaced the brake and a couple of things that showed up from the computer diagnostic. My cousins bought a car from them prior to me and they treated him well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get a car and rebuild credit.

Leased a car from them check engine light was on I asked them to fix it since march they said the had to order piece that never was fixed, they made me pay to change the due date, the car didn’t have a spare tire had to tell them I need one , it had no jack to even change the tire, the volume button was missing. Couldn’t turn the radio up from the steering wheel that wasn’t working. They are rude and money hungry don’t recommend at all they are some scammers. Do not get that 2019 gray Altima the ac doesn’t work inside of it. They turn your car off just because they can, They not gonna fix anything and the mileage isn’t the correct mileage they have on their website. Don’t buy from here.
