  Beautiful place, excellent service, there is a lot of variety, the only bad thing was that the cashier was very disgusting and treated me horribly. The rest is fine.

  Large selection of black wide shoes, however, only other colors were 1 brown and 1 red. Could use a neutral color and/or white. Thanks

  The customer service I experienced here is unlike any I’ve experienced in any other shoe store. I’ve recently been experiencing severe foot pain. Podiatrist says I need wide shoes with arches. I’ve been to other DSW stores and asked if they have a wide section for shoes. Answer is “no”. Today I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask again at this one. Not only did the gentleman I ask say yes he walked me over to the 3 areas I would find wide shoes of differing styles. Another lovely lady overheard me speaking to him about how difficult it’s been to find wide, comfortable shoes and she stepped in and assisted me as well. I was in the store almost 2 hours. She repeatedly came over to see if I needed anything. I left with 3 pairs of shoes. I am literally in tears for the mental and physical relief I am feeling after a very difficult few weeks of foot pain. I didn’t get their names, but I am so very thankful to those 2 employees who worked Friday, November 8 between 3-5 pm.

  Don’t bother with any coupons. Usually their discounts exclude almost half of the brands you would want to purchase. Won’t be going here anymore. Good variety but bad promotions

  Sold me two left foot shoes?! Told me I need to come back to the store for a refund and since it’s not close to me (25 min drive) I lose the money and the shoes.

  I recently had the pleasure of shopping at DSW in Davie, and I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Eve and Grace. From the moment I walked in, they radiated warmth and genuine care, making what could have been a stressful exchange into a truly pleasant experience.
  
  I needed to exchange a pair of boots that I had previously special ordered and returned for a larger size. I realize I can be a high-maintenance customer, but Eve and Grace handled everything with such patience and grace. They meticulously located my return orders and managed multiple exchanges, all while keeping a smile on their faces. Their efficiency was impressive, but what stood out most was their sincere concern for my satisfaction. They truly wanted to ensure I walked out with the right size boots and a smile on my face.
  
  It’s rare to encounter employees who not only excel at their jobs but also genuinely care about their customers’ happiness. Eve and Grace exemplified this perfectly, and I believe other employees and customer service representatives could learn a lot from them. Their top priority was making sure I was happy, and it showed in every interaction.
  
  Thanks to their kindness and dedication, I am now a customer for life. I won’t forget the support they provided and how they made me feel valued as a shopper. DSW is lucky to have such wonderful team members in Eve and Grace, and I can’t wait to return to the store knowing I’ll be in such caring hands. Thank you both for everything!
