Great service. Mirella delivered my order to a friend for her birthday and even though there was an issue with finding the address because of the complex being new and once the house was found the person receiving the order was not home because it was later in the day. She still was able to deliver the gift and called the recipient to make sure she would be back home. Mirella set up the gift outside and made sure it was safe and communicated with me the entire time. Thank you for delivering the gift and being so helpful/sweet about it :)

Every time I order from them, the order has been delivered on time. Last year I ordered chocolate covered strawberries. This I ordered a cookie platter. Both were for my son’s birthday. The fruit was sweet and the cookies were delicious. Keep up the good work!

Two thumbs up for Jasmine who made this buying experience enjoyable. I have purchased multiple baskets and I have never had an issue like the others have. This is the Blooming Daises large arrangement. The fruit is beautiful. I bought this for our daughter's birthday.

I call early Friday morning. Person on the phone took my order of 12 chocolate covered strawberries. I picked them up. They were for a graduation surprise. What I received was below the quality of what the franchise advertised on their website. I asked for a refund to get only get a "have to wait for the manager until Monday". The excuse of the worker was that is not strawberry season. As a business selling fruit that is the worst excuse one can give. Do not order from this franchise.

They delivered rotten fruit for my moms birthday. When I called to let them know, even though my mom didn't have the heart to tell me, so my stepdad told me a week or so after, when I called them, I was met with accusations that the picture they had looked good. They offered nothing in return, not even an apology, and the customer service was accusatory saying their fruit was fresh based on a picture. Meanwhile, they had to trash it all. Over 100 dollars for this? Use any other company in davie. Stay away. And don't bother asking to speak to a manager because the customer service won't put you through.

Edit: I have called the 1800 and emailed the email address you've listed below. The 1800 number disconnects rather than transferring calls. And I have not received any response to my email.Update: I called again reminding them that someone was supposed to call me. I was told no one was available to help me. No owner or manager was in allegedly. Then, they hung up on me. I called back. Suddenly, the owner was available... because she answered the phone. I explained everything to her all over again. Despite admitting that it was their mistake and that they missed half my order, she adamantly refused any type of refund or resolution. She told me to "call corporate." I asked her to explained why I wasn't getting a refund and she claimed I got my whole order. Then she continued to admit that I only received half my order.This place is an absolute joke. There is no concern for customer service and no concern for the business's reputation. I will never shop with this business again. I have reported them to the necessary entities.Horrible customer service. So disappointed with this experience.This was a gift for me from my husband for my Birthday.I've been a customer of edible arrangements for years and I doubt I'll ever place an order with them again.They did not send half of my order. But that's ok, mistakes happen. However, for days now I have been trying to get a resolution from there to no end. The customer service agents (Jasmine in particular) are awful to deal with. I have been lied to repeatedly. The lies are absurd too. They have refused to issue any type of refund despite admitting that I did not get my full order. The solutions they've offered all include me having to spend more money. I've asked them to just cover the cost of the delivery of the replacement and they have refused. I've been told repeatedly that a manager will call me. No one ever calls. Now suddenly they claim a manager will not be in today.It's a simple as refunding me a delivery fee and they've refused. The customer service is so poor. Not one person has wondered how they would feel if they were me or what quality of service they would hope to receive if they were the customer.I've spent entirely too much time trying to resolve this issue and they have done nothing to help the situation. Instead, they've lost a customer and earned themselves a horrible review. The solution was simple and I'm the one that came up with the solution despite them saying no to everything and offering no help.

Their food is always rotten the service they never answer when you call to complain about the rotten food or the deflated balloons this is the las time they do this to me i will not recommend this place to anyone do not spend your money here you will be very disappointed

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Despite admitting that they failed to deliver half of my order, the owner outright refused to provide me any type of refund. It took multiple days to get any type of response to begin with. Everyone just kept saying they had nothing to offer and no managers or owners were there. I was told no owner or manager was there and was hung up on. I called back and the owner answered. She was no better at all.

We ordered online for the wrong date and Natalie the lady at the desk was so helpful and kind she helped me to get it correct for the right date and she always did it with a smile, that’s customer care right there, thanks so much for the help and finding a solution to our need of the delicious arrangement, kudos to her!!!
