Casey is an amazing trainer and the Wednesday barbell class may be my favorite gym class ever. Mobility, stretching, strength work with no gimmicks.

Ultimate Workout also offers many ways to enhance other aspects of living a longer and healthier lifestyle. Our collaboration with Medical Doctors allows us to offer clients use of the Hyperbaric Chamber, Skin Care Line, IV Infusions, and invitations to specialized workshops and events.
