Overall great place to rent. Nice and quick service. Only bad thing is when I first rented with them I had to pay a 200 deposit and was told the next rental would only be 100 deposit but when I get there she tells me a 300 deposit. Smh.. luckily I had the amount on my card because I was going out of town for a family funeral and if i would have missed it because of wrong/incorrect information, I would have been very disappointed.

I had a reservation to pick up a vehicle and the manager (Skinner) said he has no car and made absolutely no effort to help. Called corporate 3 times to talk to a manager and couldn't, and noone ever called me back. Absolutely the worst rental experience I have ever had. They don't have cars and they don't care. Avoid this garbage of a business.

Don’t waste your time making a reservation or coming to this place Fenia St Charles is super rude and they won’t have any cars for you although you make a reservation they’re gonna make an excuse that you “just” made it or that they were busy with other customers. Then want to over charge you for another vehicle they do have but want you to pay more. But all the other reviews show that even if you make a reservation they won’t have a car for you. What makes it worse is her attitude, it’s the way you speak to a customer she needs more training for sure especially being the assistant manager

Very disappointed!! Planned my vacation a month or more in advanced and reserved a 15 seat mini bus, which at the time of reservation was available. Two days before my trip they call me that they don’t have it and they can’t do anything about it and “it is what it is”. The lady wouldn’t even wanted to transfer me to anyone above her who might be able to assist me. I have never expected that from Enterprise!! Now I have all the cree that paid already for the trip on the limbo.

Waste of time. Unprofessional and unhelpful. I literally was on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. So I took an Uber just for them to tell me there’s no availability. Horrible establishment!!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would. I've been making daily calls for the past two weeks, tirelessly ensuring that I would receive a car similar to mine, and each time they assured me that I would. Just yesterday, I called again at the last minute to confirm their availability, and once again, they reassured me that everything was in order. However, when I arrived at 7:50 am today, they shockingly didn't have the car I had requested. It took me another hour to locate another Enterprise branch, where the rental manager had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay for my own Uber. Keep in mind that it was entirely their fault for not having the car I had been requesting all along. The service was absolutely abysmal, and I wasted a frustrating two hours of my time dealing with this ordeal.

I was there when they first opened, and the gentleman was professional, polite and courteous. I got a nice car, clean and exactly what I wanted. The cost was reasonable and it only took me a short time to get in and out both on taking the car out and returning. I would highly recommend.

Conveniently located for me, they have what I need, the rental price is good and the agents are nice. I just wish the checkout process could be faster. It's nowhere as quick, like what I am used to at the airports, and it's not the agents fault its just the way they have to do it their.

just left this location to pick up my rental at the davie location and was told they did not have the car that i made a reservation for !! the manager nick was not helpful at all and was very rude to me!! i left not happy and not helped! please get new staff because they gave me a attitude because they are understaffed and make it seem like it was my fault !

My experience today 2.6.2023 was shocking and was an inconvenience to say the least.I went to davie crash champions via geico to drop my vehicle off for repairs and get a rental from enterprise. All part of the geico express service. I made an appointment online for 830am. I was late. I showed up to find my reserved compact vehicle was rented out. The employee at enterprise davie crash champions location "Alex " as he identified himself and when asked provided no last name or employee number. Told me there was a van available for an additional cost. I asked to call another location and or maybe match the compact vehicle price. He denied me that. I stated this was b.s. and stated I made a reservation. I asked to speak to a manager and he stated he was one and would not provide a supervisor name or contact details. He stated he would deny us a rental because he didn't need to deal with me. Crash champions stepped in and called enterprise and Nick at the Davie university location said they would help me. Getting to the Davie university location, we walked in and low and behold "Alex" is there with a grin on his face. Nick talked to us in private and made assumptions as to how we should have de-escalated the encounter. I disagreed. He then charged us additionally for a van when we reserved a compact vehicle.
