First time going to Five Below. Went with my grand daughter for a birthday gift. To say I (we) bought so many cute things. I will most definitely be coming back. Had just what I needed Stitch, SpongeBob and a few other items. The girls were very helpful and so kind, Pamela and Stephanie (I believe is there name cashiers on 2/18 around 6/7pm) store was nicely kept, clean and they helped select two items that I did need just wasn’t to familiar with the items. Will definitely be back to shop at this location some more. It’s addicting this place just like the Dollar Tree. Your girls are perfect just amazing their character. Offered exceptional service as far as I’m concerned. Give them praise for their good work.

Closed an hour earlier than when Five Below actually closes on Sunday without warning or reason.

The store hours says 10am and the employee told us that they open at 11. If yall start opening up late then change the hours in the internet to not waste customers time.

The customer service is trash. I will never step foot in that store again. I will make sure I let people know how rude the cashiers are as well as the managers. I placed and online order at 2 pm and never received notification for pickup. So, i decided to go in store to see if my order was done. It was after 8pm I went into the store did a little more shopping and get to the register and my order wasn’t fulfilled. The cashier Maliney or something like that upset because I asked why wasn’t the order ready? I’m mean yall had 6 hours for 4 items. So, she proceeded to say I should’ve ordered it 2 days early to get it today. I’m like i could’ve ordered it for delivery and got it in two hours for delivery. So, another employee said I’ll got fill the order and then she comes to me and says they don’t have the pajamas. I’m like ok but i didn’t order pajamas. I’m like what order are you looking at? So I asked to cancel my order and Maliney was like I can’t do a refund and cancel it online and I said that wasn’t an option. There was a lady manager there that didn’t speak English as the employee was getting rude and loud with me. Long story short I asked for the manager that I can speak with and she went to the back and a lady manager came out. The main manager had an attitude as if she was defending this nonsense. So, I asked for corporate number the response I got was GOOGLE IT like what?! I said what’s the store number she said GOOGLE IT and I’m like just give me a refund on everything because the disrespect because nobody has accountability. When I initially walked in the store no one spoke and employees just hanging out laughing and talking one not in uniform dress like she’s at home. I served this country and this store standards are trash. The employees needs training and I’m very disgusted with this store. Never again will I shop there ever. I will be calling corporate something needs to be done.

The employee Maily is super unpleasant, inattentive, arrogant, rude and tried to threaten to hit me when I told her that I was not talking to her, but to the manager.
The truth is that I feel that in this store they do not respect the customers. Especially that worker is super unpleasant. And his attitude is the worst.

The DAVIE store has always exchanged in returns with no receipt. Today the guy who so called manager was letting a worker speak for him and last time I was there the same young lady put all my toys in one bag that ripped before k got to the door. She is rude. Her name is Mailey. What manager lets a worker speak so rudely to customerssssss

Not a very friendly or nice staff.
Impatient & speak poorly to customers.
Will only go to the Pembroke Pines location from now on.
I work in retail too, I know it's the holiday season, but it costs nothing to be nice & once more...it's your job to be as polite as possible in retail.
