HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH TWO EMPLOYEES! Whoever the man was working with Santiago at 7:30pm that refused to give me his name was absolutely horrible in the way that he responded to my issue. I worked in customer service for a long time and this is not how you go about treating a customer. They are false advertising. They had a game on the shelf for a price of $19.99 that was $29.99 that I wanted to purchase, upon it being rung up it was $29.99. I asked if they can adjust the price which they immediately in a hostile tone, told me no. The gentleman that didn’t give me his name said that they don’t have enough employees to go change the stickers on the shelves so that’s just the way it is and there’s nothing else that they could do about it, clearly that’s false advertising. I will be following up with corporate as there are various complaints about this location with the same issue that I had today with these horrible employees. I will never be coming back to this location.

Was buying Pokémon cards on a Friday and Keiry was very kind to pass out tickets and to let us know how many we were able to purchase with the limit. So there wasn't any cutting in line and I was able to get 2 boxes which I'm very happy about.

This is the best GameStop in all of Broward County!
I went to 3 different ones in a week looking for help, and Tiffani and Keiry were the only ones that had enough patience and care to help me. And the few things they weren’t able to assist with, they gave me recommendations of where I could go to get it done. Best customer service hands down, it’s hard to read any review on here that isn’t 5 stars and singing their praises. I will be going out of my way to come back again for any of my gaining needs moving forward!

Store was a mess, never greeted. Poor, condescending attitude from female employee who appeared to be the “manager.” Went in looking to buy a new system, but the overall vibe and attitude gave me a bad feeling. Will never return to this location. Don’t people understand this is why we shop on Amazon because these employees don’t care one way or the other, nor do they really bother to look at you. God forbid I ask a question.

This gamestop in particular never answers the phone! Also every time you go on they got employee with attitude. Management needs to do better!

If you need retro games, this is the place to go!! I wanted to surprise my mom with CoD black ops 2 zombie cause it’s her fav game on the Xbox 360 and they let me in exactly at closing time and sold me 3 fire games for the console on a buy two get one deal and all the games work but they offer a warranty too. I actually had to do a little dance crossing the street back to my car. There is a nice boulder in the parking lot you can dance on right across from the GameStop that I’d give five stars too as well

Tiffani, the manager, is very knowledgeable when it comes to video games and accessories. She is also extremely professional when it comes to Pokemon Cards and PSA Card Grading Services. I highly recommend the Davie GameStop location. Thank you very much for a positive shopping experience.

The GameStop Employees at Tower Shops are very professional. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the latest games, accessories and different consoles. I am very happy shopping at this location.

Tried to claim a purchase of a membership was necessary for purchase of a PS5. Could not provide any kind of written policy. Called a different GameStop and they said membership purchase was not necessary. Ended up buying from that location without membership purchase. WTH! Don’t shop here who knows what other scummy tactics they’re pulling

Terrible customer service. I came in today 12/10/2024 excited to try out GameStop’s new PSA Grading service and was very unhappy with the way the employees handled my business with them. I don’t even know where to start, first is there lack of knowledge on how to use their own system for processing cards to get sent out for grading, second would be how their lack of experience when it comes to processing cards to get sent out for grading risks customers cards getting a decrease in potential value because of the terrible card handling system. The reason I mentioned the last part is because I came in with my card ready to be shipped in accordance with PSA’s packaging standards just to be told by the unsure employee that “I don’t think it can be sent out like that”. I even showed him what PSA has on their website for guidance on how to ship out cards to them and even still, it’s like he listens to what I say through one ear and goes out through the other. GameStop of Tower Shops do better in giving your customers the confidence that we place our business in the right hands of reliable, knowledgeable and experienced employees. I included an image of how my card originally came in to the store and earned the disapproval of the employee 🤦🏽♂️

Although this GameStop is short on employees and there's a long wait, the employees here are helpful and trying their best, usually just 1 person working on a busy weekend.
I give them all the credit for working as quick as they are able to and maintaining a good attitude with the stress.
