The blonde lady who works here is absolutely insane. She yells and screams before you walk through the door. When we left we could see her outside SCREAMING at the poor man who was kind to us to help us bring our stuff in the pouring rain. This lady needs to be fired. I can see the rest of the reviews agree. Avoid at all costs unless you’re trying to have an altercation while trying to donate your stuff.

I come here quite often , so far I can’t say nothing bad. The lady at frontdesk even helps with my bags of donations. If something changes will definitely update but so far is good ??

I came many times to this place until now, the lady has the doors locked in regular hours, I nocked the door, call the telf number, after 20 min she appears yelling me saying “lunch” many times and “you don’t see me lunch”, when I show her that she didn’t stick any sign of lunch, she goes to grab it and place it on the door and after she yelled “now you see it lunch”. The company has to take care this asap

Brought a few bags of clothing, designer handbags, sports gear, small electronics, kindles & a nook..brand new hamster set up cage still in box, wheel etc to this location & was carrying everything in a bin.. when this loud person comes flying out the door that they aren’t taking donations there’s no room. And, she added, no bins must be in bags only & then told me to go to another location across town & closes the door. Didn’t even ask or see what I had. Rude & lazy. Basically ran out to the street to stop me likely so cameras wouldn’t capture her turning me away. Sorry to have bothered her w my donations. Hard worker you got over there. 11/13/23 mid day. Loud & unprofessional. A donation center not taking donations? Make it make sense. Not like I showed up w a couch or a baby grand piano. If I could carry it all myself in one trip with my bare hands, you had plenty of room. Brought them elsewhere. Will never donate to your organization again because of the rudeness & laziness of that person.Edit: if you read all these reviews .. it’s all the same.. either we are closed (before posted business closing hours) or full not accepting donations. It’s pathetic.

I cannot believe the attitude of the lady who works here. I came here to do the right thing and donate a bunch of my daughter's toys that she doesn't use anymore so that another child could have toys and the lady who works here berated me for not putting certain things in bags. But then when I ask for a receipt she tells me "we don't do that anymore". We went back and forth until I eventually threw up my hands and left. How are you going to argue with me for not having items in bags and then argue with me again when all I asked for was a receipt. Disrespectful

If you are going to donate you as the receiver should be thankful and not pick and choose what you can take. We emptied a storage unit over the weekend and decided to bring the items to this location in Davie. We called several times before we went there and they would hang up after several rings. The online website said they are open so we decided to drive there. We were not able to speak to the individual behind the desk who did not give us a chance to say anything. We are the ones that's donating and you should at least give us a chance to explain what we have for donation. She went off stating clothes, shoes and toys, no bin, no box and everything in plastic bags. She was a raging lunatic. We had blankets, and sweather in bins as she screened no bins only. Who does that when it's a free donation? So disappointed with the way she conducted herself. You need to learn to conduct yourself in a professional manner especially when you are dealing with the public.

So rude! You would think they are doing you a favor by accepting your donations :( I was already hesitant about donating to Goodwill, their prices are ridiculously high but convinced myself to still make the effort to continue donating... nope, no one deserves to be treated so rudely... See you never again Goodwill

Everytime I called them to ask about what type of donations they took they ended the call. It'll ring once or twice before the call was ended.
