“Ever since the app was updated, I’ve had issues with the store of my choice receiving my order. However, the staff always looks at my app. Re-enters the order and makes my smoothie for me. They always have a smile on their faces and the store is always clean. Heaven is especially amazing, - always takes care of me and always offers suggestions for enhancing the flavor of my smoothies. This is my only store of choice and I will continue to come back. Please fix the app.”

“The Publix itself isn’t bad, but the heavyset manager Paddy doesn’t do much other than stand around talking to other staff. Twice I had asked her where I might find an item and both times i got a nasty face and her sending someone else to do it. The deli is nice and some of the cashiers remember me.”

I felt insecure jajajajajThey need to remember people have Phone for using them ?The place is like every Publix, clean, plenty of room, expensive, well located, well iluminated, however some employees look like tired, in consecuence they kind of rude!Mrs Gail looks so nice, however the person next to her ??Publix is like a hood's s tienda so you can find many items in here, and everything is kind of luxury.Tonight I got Muxinex, bread jjjjj also Pony Malta.And finally there are a lot of homeless outside, I feel sad every time I see them struguling ???Definitely a place to not come back!!”

There is an older gentleman-Franklin in the deli who is always eager to see usual customers and helpful to new ones! There is also a young high schooler who works as a bagger and sometimes in the Bakery. He is a friendly employee and even worked hard with his leg in a cast. People sometimes forget that everyone is a human and deserves respect!”

“I was in a hurry during this particular visit to Publix, and with Glen and Anthony's help, I was able to get in and out right away. Talk about fast! The cashier, Glen, was like a scanning ninja; I was afraid Anthony wasn't going to be able to keep up, but he was bagging on another level, muttering to himself "Gotta go faster." It was like watching an amped-up Sonic the Hedgehog bag my groceries. Great job, guys! I really enjoyed my visit.”
