People tend to only post when they have a bad experience. But good experiences are often ignored. My experience with this branch and Carlos, in particular, was great. I reserved a vehicle which was there as promised. Carlos answer the phone when I called the branch, and he called me back when he said he would. Great experence1

Two words: HIDDEN FEES.Seems nice in the surface, but once you look under the hood, they find every single possible way to milk you of your money.For example. I went through 4 tolls. Worth 4$ total. I was charged 80$ by them with a 70$+ convenience fee. GREEDY PIECES OF S***

Made a reservation through Expedia, and then got a call that they didn’t have any cars and they were gonna call later. Never got any option and the call back!! They don’t answer the phone so don’t waste your time!

We picked up the car here for a 2 week vacation in Florida. The man at the reception was very friendly and didn't try to sell us extra stuff. That happened somewhere else before often. So we got the car quick and clean and had a great time in FL.Thanks again ??

I am extremely disappointed with the clarity and communication from Hertz representatives at Rick Case Honda address:15700 Rick Case Honda Way, Davie, FL 33331. This was the first time I rent a car. I took my car in for repair and was told that it would be covered by the Dealer. I proceeded to pay for daily insurance. Unfortunately, I was not told by any of the representatives at Hertz that I must return the car with a full tank or I would be charged $10.00 a gallon. I hope that future customers are told of specific policies for return. The car was initially provided with half a tank and I was expected to fill it up completely without being communicated of this specific policy. Thank you for your attention.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional. They are dishonest. The manager Carlos/Horace and the agent Hernan behave in the same manner. They tell you one thing and do another. They charged my card without my knowledge then tried to explain why after. Thennn tried to apologize. Definitely would not recommend them. I'd rather walk around or use Lyft/Uber Davie/Weston location I'd give -0 stars if I could

Wouldn't even give them a star. Used this place 3 times already each time it's been worse and worse. Even now I've been sitting on hold for 15 mins. Got a car yesterday evening woke up this morning engine light is on. Had a 2 hour set back for my trip. The time i was on hold waiting to speak to someone i actually drove to rick case. Pathetic

HAD TO GET A VEHICLE BECAUSE RICK CASE DIDN'T HAVE MINE READY! ONCE I RETURNED IT, I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHIN 24-48 HRS. 6 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO DEPOSIT BACK, AND EVERY TIME I CALL THE AGENT PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR HOURS UNTIL I CALLED BACK THE 6TH TIME AND ASKED TO NOT BE PLACED ON HOLD AND HE SAID HE WAS BUSY, THEN WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEY CANT EVEN BRING UP THE ACCOUNT, WHAT A JOKE OF A PLACE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, NEEDS PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING OR HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES!!!!

Super slow. Took an hour to get my Gold Reservation processed. Staff doesn't care how slow they move. Oh don't even call becuase they don't pick up the phone. I was there an hour and they didn't pick up the phone once. I asked one of them if they ever picked up the phone and he said yes when I see it's my boss. It was incredibale. I am never renting there again.

Huge lines, no organization, no numbers, total confusion. Counter staff answer calls for other customers while it is finally your turn at the counter. Finally was able to get a car- they didn't ask me what kind of car I would like. Told me my car would be right out, and I'm still waiting 30 minutes later. This place is beyond ridiculous, avoid at all costs. Not sure why Rick Case associates with them.

Rented a car here for a week-long, long-distance road trip. This was my first experience renting a car for a road trip, and my first experience renting a car from a non-airport location. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Took a minute to find the actual counter tucked away inside the Honda dealership area, but the desk staff were all friendly and efficient. I had pre-paid, and there were no hidden costs when I got to the desk, and within about 10 minutes of arriving, I was on my way out the door and into the car, which was in the class we requested. The car had a couple of superficial dings and dents, but they were noted and recorded in the pre-inspection. Car ran like a champ for the entirety of the trip--no unwelcome surprises or mechanical issues at all, and we put nearly 3000 miles on it. Drop-off was as easy as pick-up, and the staff was again friendly and helpful. They checked the mileage and gas level (and presumably gave the car a cursory once-over) and I was on my way again.

Bottom line... horrible service. I'm still waiting to pick up my rental car and it's been an hour. At first I was told "I don't see the reservation" which I had made early in the day with Carlos. Then once I had given him all my information he said his computer gave him an error and he had to start over. Then he had to reboot, then the Internet wasn't working. Then the car they were going to give me wasn't ready, and now I am still waiting for a car. Can't believe I've wasted so much time. Not worth it.
