Employee Everton, was very knowledgeable and very patient in educating and explaining what connectors I needed and how to connect them. He was a true gentleman and a great asset to your company. Workers are unaware of their own inventory and sent me on a goose hunt for an item last sold in September 2024. Please avoid this location at all costs. Don't even bother with online orders, because they will not be able to fill it, despite adequate inventory being advertised online per their website.

Ever since this store stopped with self checkout, getting out of there takes forever. 2 employees at registers, 20 people in line. I’ve started heading to Lowe’s an extra 10 mins out of my way just to avoid it. Still takes less time than this store.

Beware of the worsened customer service from Reynaldo today 12/23/24 this horrible person at customer service angry for no reason such a horrible attitude and no customer service skills at all . This Reynaldo person I gave him my receipt and even looking at my receipt and was able to see that same item on the receipt was in the cart accused of not seeing the items then when he saw he was mistaken instead of apologizing had the worse attitude and didn’t even asked how I wanted my return either back in my card or store credit . This man just with the worse nasty attitude mad also because the two boxes were too heavy and he didn’t wanted to carry them to look for the barcode. This attitude just wrong for no reason . I won’t be coming back to this Home Depot.

I needed to get a barrier to keep Dash from getting at the Christmas tree, but everything I found on Amazon was rated "meh" as being too flimsy and not as great as the photos would suggest. So I took a chance and went into the Depot and randomly encountered a staff member named Gene who took me outside and showed me sections of hinged fencing that perfectly fit what I was looking for. I called him Gene Gene the Dancing Machine and we shared a laugh (IYKYK, Gong Show fans), and I was also very happy with the price, which compared to the med things I had seen on Amazon. I was in and out in less than ten minutes and I got what I wanted. Not bad for a Sunday morning. Thanks Gene!

i am very confused by the staff here. I showed up at 8:25pm wanting a christmas tree. they told me they were closed to being “low on staff” when three men were in there cleaning up the place. i was informed they were open until 9pm when i asked a store member inside the store when i was shopping here the other day. i asked them if i could please buy a tree (at 8:25PM) and they told me id have to go inside to talk to the manager and they locked the gate in my face. i went inside and a customer service worker informed me they closed at 8pm each day of the week. im very confused by this. i will not be getting a tree here. pretty funny cause i came to buy four trees and pulled out cash to tip on the way. rather take my business up the road to st david’s tree lot. this home depot needs to get it together.
