Extremely poor Customer Service since having to check out yourself at the Computers, most of the time half of them are working and there’s a line of 10 people
This is the second time I dropped everything that I had in my hands and ordered through Amazon

Refused to make keys for me because I wanted more than one made. Proceeded to cut only one copy after I told them I wasn't interested because I needed more and were surprised when I did not take it or pay for it. If you don't want to do what I ask then don't try to strong arm me into buying something anyway.

I had a terrible experience at Home Depot getting a gas BBQ. The order was put in wrong, when I received it, it was not assembled so I did not accept it. I went back and ordered a second BBQ, That came days later, assembled and functional, but to this date, after 3 visits to the store, talking to two managers (Kelly being the primary manager involved) I am over a week out with no refund. I called the customer service line and 10 days later, the operator no one had put in a request for a refund and that it would be 3 more business days. So 2 weeks after refusing an order incorrectly placed and delivery wrong, I still haven't received my money back. Note local Neighborhood blogs are now commenting about how bad the service at HD is. I can verify this.

I ordered online few boxes of tiles to renovate my kids bathroom. First time, all the tiles came broken. Then we got a refund and had to reorder. Waited about 10 days and received an email saying that finally the order had arrived. Came to pickup, the order is not here acctually and they say that they will refund and reorder again. Estimate arrival should be in 30 days. Nobody knows, nobody helps. My renovation is stopped, the contractor is charging and I can not solve my problem as expected. Wasting my time and money

I paid $65 to rent a pressure cleaner for 4 hours. After 30 minutes, it stopped working. I tried to make it work and couldn’t. Home Depot is a great corporation, right? It couldn’t be any basic problem, I thought maybe it over heated. So I couldn’t finish the job and went in to return it. When I got there, the employee that process my return couldn’t care less. I told him that the machine didn’t work, he opened the gas tank and said “no gas”. He didn’t say “I’m sorry”, or “We’ll refund half of the cost”, or “tell you what, I’ll fill it up and give it back to you until tomorrow noon”, or something similar. No. He said nothing, charged the full price, and turned around. Frustrated, tired and knowing that if I opened my mouth I was going to insult the poor guy, I decided to leave. That was abusive on Home Depot’s part. I’m certain no one from Home Depot will read this and do something about it. So I’ll spend even more time on this tomorrow, I will go back to the store, and ask to speak to the manager. Something’s gotta give.

update 7/16/2024 I have been going to this homedepot for 19 years can somebody please fix the water fountain! Also Ring, ring, ring somebody picks up she asks me what do I need, I tell her she puts me on hold on then nobody comes back. I call back ring, ring, ring nobody picks up.

I normally like this home Depot, I'm here every few days. I went today and was very excited that a trash can, Brute 32 gallon, heavy duty was on clearance down from $40 to $11!
I left my overnight shift at the hospital, drove to Davie and searched and could not find a single one. I was helped by 2 employees who looked it up and just like it shows in the app, there are supposed to be 171 of these trash cans! Not a single one was available though. I'm very disappointed that nobody could try to make a discount with a different model of Brute trash can. Or offer me assistance like a rain check or coupon
