Laron. That's all you need to know about the paint department.
Professional,courteous and a problem solver.
He was most helpful and extended himself to us to solve our problem. A true professional.
Home Depot listen up. Laron should be holding classes on customer service.
Edit; We had told Laron we would leave a good review. I wanted to inform him I am a man of my word.
So i called the store. Home Depot your automated answering borders on awful. The woman who finally answered was indeed awful and would not allow me even to speak. The next woman was slightly less awful.
Home Depot have Laron start at this store first. They need professional training by an expert.
In the marketplace now doubt the big box stores rule. I am a retired electrician. I only visited this location to appease my GF. It was roughly 7pm.I prefer wholesale houses. One can get better service and better quality of goods. We will end up purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Because we have an account there.They will be able to match our choice and at a better price.
My hope is this review educates the masses.

If I wasn't in construction I would t shop here. Lines are growing and supplies are shrinking. Inventories are messed up, must travel To Multiple locations to get basic products. Staff is offended when you ask for better service as if we should stand in line for 20 minutes for check out

Today, I had a displeasing experience at Home Depot. The cashier, Victoria, despite not speaking a word, had a clear attitude. As I was trying to pay for my item, the lady attempted to hand me the bag, but I didn't grab it as I was swiping the card. When I went to grab the bag, she slammed it onto the desk. It was very rude, and she did so right in front of my two children, showing no respect towards us customers. I left Home Depot disappointed in my experience. I might as well go to Lowes next time as they may treat me better than how Victoria did.

Maria in the Garden department is wonderful. Her love and knowledge for plants is unmatched. She was extremely helpful, kind, with incredible customer service. The selection at this location is by far my favorite.

Not a fan of Home Depot but if the hire more employees like Jean people would shop there more . He knew what is asking for help figure out a better way to fix my plumbing issues . Got all the parts and pieces I need . The best experience I had with a Home Depot associate. You know the common phrase in Home Depot sorry not my department. But Jean did his thing and I was happy and got what I need without and stress of trying to find it on my own

Customer service is awful at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the location down the street at 2300 S University DrDavie, FL 33324 where they actually know how to treat customers. I was there yesterday and everyone was helpful and friendly. Night and day to this store. They just act like they don’t see you.Tried asking a woman that works here if there was anyone that could help us with a plumbing question and as she continued to walk past us she mumbled “ I don’t know, I don’t work in that section.” Never even looked back or offered to help us find the person that could help us.
