Love the kids workshop here it's so much fun, I went to the sunrise one and they were "sold out" @ 10AM so I drove to this one they were so sweet and had cookies and juice for the kids. We all made wooden gingerbread houses.

Worst customer service in plumbing. It's a Monday afternoon at 2:00pm and no one around to help. Been to the service desk 2 times. All they do is pick a phone and make an All call and no one shows up. I was ready to to purchase some shower heads that were on second shelf. Waited 20 min while employees walked by with head down and avoided eye contact. please use another company or Amazon. This store is garbage!

I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.

Customer service is horrendous. 20 minutes and waiting to unlock a cage to. It a $300 blower. YouTube and Amazon seems like the way to go Davie II store, Florida Nobody can be bothered to help

I ordered some hurricane windows from Home Depot 2 years ago and not only did they take forever to install but also they Never finished the last review with the City of Davie.

This Home Depot is well stocked and well organized. I did not need any specific assistance this time, so I did not deal with any store associates. I went to check on some organizing cabinets and they had a good selection of them at very competitive prices. I walked around the store to check on other departments and everything seemed very nicely stacked and properly set up on the shelves. No complaints at all about this store.

Davie #222 store 2300 S University D Davie, FL 33324 After my so bad experience Home at Depot on #0258 store, I never want back there , I drive extra 15 mins come to this store, Davie #222 , when you walk this Home Depot, fell like complete different Company，people there always smile,ask what they can help , let you fell they care for you , they love the job want work there , I give them5 full stars ,perfect score, .. Nse /Marvin / Jovi /Michelle/ Lisa / , /Ashly... that's all I can remember names ,they all so amazing , ... I can't ask more .. they try really hard help me .. I love this store, please send this store people to mange #0258 , teach them how to smile how to love their job. Nse ,Micheal,Lisa , Ashly, Marvin ,Jovi and all these boys on door help I pick up drop off heavy stuff to my car ... thank you all again for you all doing great job
