I was so surprised when I saw how many stars this store had but then I noticed that the four and five stars were from many years ago. My experience here was just awful. The first red flag should've been while I was in line waiting to pick up my ham when another woman opened up her ham to see how it looked and she was yelled at by the staff telling her she's not allowed to open her food there to check it. I had ordered a ham as part of our Christmas dinner and I couldn't believe how it looked. The top of the ham, which has all the delicious glaze on it had completely separated from the ham. I couldn't believe they'd let it leave the store looking like that. Talk about being disappointed with a product. I called a couple of days after Christmas when I knew the store would be open and Suze, the manager, started screaming at me telling me how she wasn't going to give me anything back when I hadn't even asked for a refund. I just explained I wanted to show her pictures of it. She then said that if I wanted my money back, I would have to bring the ham back to the store. Now I know what she didn't want people to see before they left the store.. an inferior product. When I told her I would get in touch with customer service or corporate since they guarantee satisfaction with their products, she said to "go ahead", so after reaching out to the customer service number twice, and not getting any feedback from them, that's what I did.. I emailed the CEO of the company and heard back from him in less than 12 hours which was just so amazing of him considering how busy he must be. He was sincerely apologetic and he had one of the customer service managers also reach out to me and they handled the situation wonderfully.They were especially apologetic in the way I'd been treated by the manager of that store. Just wanted to share my experience so if you go just know to insist on seeing your items before you leave the store.

I had bought a ham on 22 December because my whole family was coming over for dinner. Serve my family they said it was spoiled. It tasted sour so I threw it all away and whatever I had left I took it back to the store with the receipt, and they refused to, give me a refund with the ham and the receipt. They destroyed my Christmas. Do not buy a ham from them and if you do make sure you taste it before you leave horrible customer service, the manager, Suze Wasn’t even in she FaceTime me and yelled at me that I’m bringing her the ham back and I am not going to get my refund

As you all know, the ham is what is their signature mark for this company. I gave them 4 stars because of the quality of their ham. Now, when it comes to making sandwiches, prepare to sit there at least 20-25 minutes to have your meal.

The honey baked ham in the Weston/Davie location is worth so much more than 5 stars. I will only use them for catering when feeding my hospital department for events. They do boxed lunches which makes everyone more comfortable after covid. Fast delivery and great prices. The owner Suze is the nicest person on the planet! She has saved me on multiple occasions when I accidentally mess up an order. Her and her team are wonderful and so accomodating. I will always recommend this location of honey baked ham!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I ordered online to pick up the day before Thanksgiving and I've been calling ALL day and no answer. No one is there. UNBELIEVABLE!!

This place not only has amazing food but incredible service! The manager Suze is so kind and always going above and beyond for her customers. She has been so understanding and accommodating for our large Thanksgiving event and we order from her every year. Whatever you need you can count on Suze to deliver great food and customer service. Had to change my review….see bottom of review. So sad! No stars now!This is my Holiday go to every year! They are so nice and friendly, even though they are slammed they serve with a smile! Especially the Manager Suze she’s always helpful even when things are crazy.This year 2022 the app wouldn’t let me order my turkey and I thought that I was going to have to go to the one on Pines Blvd. Ugh!!!! But Suze said no problem when would you like your turkey? That’s customer serviceI ‘m really sad to have to update this rating but here goes. I checked the website again and say that they added my turkey in .BUT THE PRICE HERE IS 55.00!!! For a turkey breast! Now I called the pines store and they told me their is 36.89 so I guess I have to go to pines from now one! I really can’t believe the price goughing
