Called to ask a simple question about my check. And the lady who answered the phone was snippy with me and very rude and hing up on me before i could finish asking another question. All I wanted to know was if my check was there. Won't be going back there for my taxes again.

First and foremost the worst service i’ve ever received. I tried to ask about a referral service and the sales rep Steve was completely unprofessional and rude for no reason. Instantly, turned me down, didn’t even correct or inform me about the process, didn’t even try to work with me. With people like steve, companies are bound to lose money. No people skills what so ever. Beware of this H & R Block.
