This shop has fixed my car after a collision twice in the past 10 years or so. Both times, they were prompt and made my car look perfect! Jason helps make everything super easy too.

These guys did an awesome job of getting my car back to the condition it was in before the crash. They kept me updated and negotiated with my insurance company to make sure the car is fixed the correct way. I highly recommend them!

I saw some imperfection with my 2013 civic here 10 years ago, the door was still messed up a little the window crack and glass damage badly repaired, and I never said anything cause it was leased, payed the fees and returned it and didn’t sell it.

Worse place to go to and definitely do not recommend. Years ago these crooks hijacked my car, preventing my car insurance to pick up me vehicle and instead they racked up on over 3k in storage fees. I'm not surprised they're still in business because they've been getting away with their shading dealings especially with the city's contracted towing company. I would recommend finding another shop. There are tons of local small business who are way more reliable, honest and loyal to their customers. If you decide to still go here, good luck. P.s. I had to get cops involved on-site I order for them to release my car to my insurance. This all happened during covid and they very well took advantage of car insurances not being able to be onsite to deal directly with the shops.

UPDATE: Never heard back from the owner. On a positive note I received a notification today 4/11/23 that my original review has been viewed over 500 times which means I have hopefully saved a lot of potential customers from getting scammed!WARNING!!!!! We referred one of our loyal clients to this shop after the owner "Billy" drove by and introduced himself and offered his services. If you are looking for a reputable shop to complete repair work, DO NOT hire these guys... after endless excuses as to why the work couldn't be done accurately, we ended up having to pay out of pocket to get the vehicle fixed at a reputable shop. He charged $7k cash for repair work and we had to pay an additional $5,300 to get the work fixed and his response was "wow they charged a lot". To add insult to injury, his employee curbed the customers Bentley rim and acted as if it was us, luckily, we took photos of the vehicle before it left the shop and when we brought it to "Billy's" attention we were told that we had to bring it to "his guy". We quickly realized that the owner subcontracts workers to come do the repair work and does not have staff that is knowledgeable to handle repairs on exotic vehicles. I am not going to go into detail as to what hack job was done, bottom line is a door should be able to open without rubbing against the fender and pieces shouldn't go missing when you return the vehicle. We have given Billy several opportunities to rectify the situation over the past 2 months and advised him that we would need to warn others about his unprofessionalism should he ignore the situation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs.
