I went in for my eyebrows and unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience. I had really nice and full eyebrows and they did the opposite of what I asked for. The shape came out uneven and took half my eyebrow! I left feeling upset instead of confident, which is not what I expected from a professional service. On top of that, the attention to detail just wasn’t there. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to be honest so others are aware. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality and technique.

First time here. Great phone service and customer service at the salon.
Came in as a walk in on Friday afternoon.
Nail chipped on Saturday, figured it was just bad luck. Then, the next nail chipped Sunday… it has just gotten worse since then. I do administrative tasks and have not washed dishes/cooked during this period. Today is Wednesday.
The gel manicure hasn’t even lasted 1 full week. Very disappointed with the quality of products. Gel pedicure is intact so far.
Won’t return.

they did a good job on my acrylic set. they lasted for almost 4 weeks HOWEVER, i came back to my nail tech in boston and she was doing my soak off, this salon uses MMA monomer which is illegal and really harmful to your nails.

This was my second time with Emily—absolutely amazing! She is so talented and professional. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. Totally a great place with great people and outstanding work. Highly recommend!

Kim nails is hands down the best spot in Broward!!! MIMI is great at what she does !!! And she’s fast and detailed !!! RUNNN don’t walk book and ask for MIMI !

I had the best experience today at the salon! Mimi was my artist and she did an amazing job on my Gel-X nails — super clean, perfectly shaped, and exactly what I wanted. I also treated myself to a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing — the massage, the scrub, everything was top tier. The salon was clean, peaceful, and everyone was so welcoming. I’m definitely coming back and booking with Mimi again. Highly recommend! 💅✨
