Omar is amazing. There’s no words to describe him and the team for their hard work.He goes over and above to make sure the customer is receiving not only the best care for their vehicle but receiving all the information and estimates needed to do the job. I won’t lie after my friend Rick passed away I had some issues with the place and left to go elsewhere. Once I met Omar and seen how the place has changed I’m happy to be back in there with them. Now I will bring all 4 of my vehicles back there for services. Thanks again Kovac Team for your hard work.

Was in need of a quality oil change in my VW decided to pull in Kovac automotive wasn’t sure what to expect as VW dealership usually does the service.. I was greeted warmly and was taking in with no appointment so off to a good start . The service tech Courtney who serviced car was amazing friendly knowledgeable and approachable to ask questions! So happy he was there the man knows his cars took a lot of stress off me do to his knowledge and understanding of my older VW he even programmed my return mileage which VW couldn’t figure out ?

I was new to Davie area and went there based on the "reviews" here. But was disappointed.
My car could not start and was towed there. I guessed the problem had to be either with starter or alternator. But they told me both starter and battery needs to be replaced. I had just checked the battery health at O'riley before coming there and was told the battery was perfectly fine and could have issues with alternator.
Now the car is starting and I take home but I feel the car does not have enough power and a vey loud screeching sound is coming from the engine bay, which was not there before.
I take the car again to the shop and they charge me again for diagnosing the problem and suddenly now I need to replace the alternator and also AC compressor (very expensive repair). Few days ago they were pushing me to replace the battery and ignored when I said the battery is in good shape.
From my basic internet search, it seems if the car is not starting you check battery, alternator and starter. But they were so busy trying to sell the battery that they forgot to check the alternator on the first day.

Came in today and to say that I was stressed out is an understatement. Randy went completely out of his way to turn that around for me. He was professional and went above and beyond to show exceptional customer service.
