I recently acquired a "used with 600 miles on it" 2024 Lotus Emira from Lamborghini Broward, and the total experience was upfront and professional. My sales person was Josh and I also worked with Leo on the final price discussions on the car.
It was a total pleasure purchasing a car from this dealer and although I was just a "regular guy" they treated me like I was the only customer they had.
Through the time that I set up initial visit to see the car to actually going there (4 hour drive for me) they have every accommodation and were fully ready for when I came.
I also really liked that the "negotiation" on the car basically was a brief discussion on where both were on the price of the car and 60 seconds later it was over, no games or pressure of ANY kind...These guys are total class and know how to handle customers.
What really made me write this review is after they delivered the car (yes the deliver each car in a enclosed truck" and I got it under LED lighting) there was clear coat damage that could not be seen in the sun caused by the previous owner (water spots that had etched into the clear coat). I let them know and almost immediately they told me they could cover 100% of the cost for paint correction, no nickel and diming etc., just send us the bill for it and it will be taken care of...which it was. The car came out spectacular as it was done by Lakeland Ceramic in Lakeland FL
Anyone can sell you a car and promise they will stand behind the car but Lamborghini Broward, Josh and Leo actually do it.
Its great to know a handshake still means something.
