My first time in and I went to get fitted and find a nice bra size. The woman there I wish I knew here name. She was super pleasant and very positive. I love that she treated me and everyone there like a customer should be treated and very respectful. And omg the fit was perfect I found my bra size. Super comfy. From now on, I will shop here because other places it’s really hard to find the right size and fit. I had such a pleasant experience thanks to all who worked there today.

I want to commend and thank your employee, Lynda. I went to your store on 1/23/25 to make several purchases. My husband passed away on 1/21/25 and with Lynda's help, I was able to get an appropriate outfit for the funeral. She helped me with everything, from under garments, to suit, and top. She was very caring and helped me immensely through this difficult task and time.

Wish I could give no stars ! be careful . If you order online to pick up in-store. They will mark your order as abandon BEFORE the pickup end date. Which is NOT fair at all.

I originally did a full review based on a survey from Lane Bryant and I never saw the review so I decided to do it again. I walked into the Tower shop store in Davie and immediately was greeted by Jean, Jenny and Tristan, who I jokingly call the bra police. I had ordered a ton of bras, but wanted a proper fitting. I learned I was wearing 4 sizes too big. Jenny advised we should get a sizing every 6 months. Jean took the time and exchanged all the bras for the correct size. Now moving forward, my order came in and I went to the store and got to meet Corri and Kayan. Jean and Jenny were there too. My friend was with me and they sized her too and gave her the correct size. I say all this to say that if you need a proper fitting, go see these ladies! I received the best customer service ever!

I wasn’t sure how I could submit a compliment after such a pleasant experience as my first time in the store, I called the 1-800 number and they weren’t helpful at all, so I figured I would do it here! Ms. LINDA needs a raise! From the time I walked into the store til the time she got off, yes I spent that much of time browsing the store, she was such a breath of fresh air, she answered all of my concerns and questions, letting me know of all the deals and promotions as well as offering a small coupon as a first timer, I let her know that great customer service is hard to come by and I was so delighted to have had her there to share this experience with! I can tell she has a passion for what she does and behavior like that needs to be recognized and praised. Thanks Ms. Linda if you happen to see this, you have now been added to my short list of positive shopping experiences.

Highly recommend if you are a plus size lady looking for undergarments (bras specifically) it was great finally having my sizes in stock.
Jean was also an amazing help from measuring, making recommendations based on my wants, and pulling items while I was trying different things on.

Ordered some items. I got them right away. The pick-up was so smoothly handled. I had to pick up the order for my daughter. I'm so happy the way they handled it. They asked for my ID and email of order. Fast and friendly. Also, when I went to pick up the whole Lane Bryant crew, welcomed me with a hello and big smile. Made me feel so good and comfortable. Highly recommend!!
