Lil Rascals should not get any stars but I have to add one. I am going to have to report this daycare to the state. My granddaughter sustained an injury that should have made the Director call the parents immediately after it happened. The injury happened in the AM and at pick up time in the PM the mom saw her face swollen like a MACY's float without an explanation. She was taken to the ER-that's how bad it was. After hearing the Director's explanation the next day, I was furious. A nonchalant explanation. They put ice packs on it and wrote up incident report in spanish. Teacher never used app to share what happened. When she actually said she didn't think it was that serious because she didn't cry and she went to sleep. That's a scary situation to put a child in. She's a 17 month old toddler. Be careful with this daycare.

I didn't appreciate the response Lil Rascals gave about my 14 month old granddaughter. She was developing a rash and they were questioned about it only for them to find blame other than their staff. For that to happen to her is that she say in a wet diaper too long without her having her own diaper cream. NOT DESITIN! Parents are to provide certain things for their toddler-so why would my granddaughter need to use another childs diapers or diaper cream? Why is she wearing diapers that are not hers?

Parents Beware!!!!! I am really disappointed with this daycare, I really thought this was the one where they would care for kids but they are strictly business here. They switch staff all the time. My 2 year old had 3 diff teachers in a school year and they were all terrible. the teachers in the 2 year old class and the main one in the the 2 year old class b, they have no compassion towards the kids. Let me give you examples: my son will cry when getting dropped off hysterically and NONE of the 4 teachers standing or sitting (some on their phones btw) will get up to acknowledge my son until I brought it up, they will just stare and no empathy or words of comfort. I don't think they make the kids feel welcomed. I spend a day with them for an event and I confirmed that none of them interact with the kids at all. they let them just play on their own except for one. There was also a time we’re my child had a low grade fever and no one bothered me to call me until I picked him up and he cried like he was suffering and vomited. This daycare is the worstThey have a so called app where they tell you they have updates.... NOTHING. they give you an attitude if you ask about your kinds day. my son who is fun and talkative was suddenly nervous and retracted and not social :(… he wasn't eating, I sensed something was wrong. I spoke to other moms in a short period of time and they all complaint of the same thing i did from the same teachers. Some of them complaint that they even let the kids on wet diapers for too long or refused to help the potty train. I brought issues up with the director but the issues continued.

Lil' Rascals Academy (Davie) is a place I will never forget! The staff is very sweet and caring. They have a welcoming atmosphere and my children enjoy going to school here

I am a kind of person that I like to observe a lot. My grandchild second time in a daycare. And I experience the environment heavy. I always been involve in my kids school life so I know more or less if something is wrong. My grandchild in the afternoon was sad and quiet. I pick up my grandchild one of those days and she didn’t see happy so I stop and eat with her before heading home and I said why you so serious and unhappy she is like there are kids that like to bully me and the teacher said nothing. They push me and the teacher said No pushing instead to put the kids in time out. So I am real disappointed about this school and I called my daughter and I told her to speak to school or I will go myself. Paying to people that they don’t care. Also, I heard from parents that teachers like to yell to the kids all the times. Administration doesn’t pay attention to concerns. You leaving your kids in the hands of people that they suppose to have certification and training to be involve on a child life. We are really thinking not to send my grandchild to this location in Davie anymore.Also, the website never works no pictures but the system works to remind you about the payment. So do not provide people with a website and make people think the site will work. So unprofessional.My concern review and follow the protocol about the teachers. Hire professionals and pay them enough so they can be happy working with kids. It is a journey but the teachers needs incentives too. Do not underpay because like myself My grandchild is out for good. Hope future parents walk the school and see all these reviews before a decision.

I was going through our old memories with my kids and then I remembered my experience with lil rascals.All they did was have the kids play outside and get fatigued so they can sleepI cannot forget the day when the teachers completely ignored the fact my son spill water over him self.They put this 2 year old child soaked in water to sleep in wet clothing is soaked wet bed under the acThank God we moved them from this place the same day horrible horrible experience

When I first moved my kids to Lil Rascals, I was slightly skeptical. Firstly, because it was during COVID and secondly because of a previous experience at another day care. However, two and a half years later I cannot image making another decision. The staff at Lil Rascals have became like family. I assure everyone, I am not the easiest parent to deal with, but Mrs. Sonia, who is the director at Lil Rascals, always addresses any concerns with empathy, patience and love. Mrs. Carmichelle and Mrs. Natalie also go ABOVE and beyond in the office. I see how much respect and love the administration gives to not only the students and parents, but also their staff, which is reflected in the way the teachers treat the kids. There isn't a day that I am not greeted with smiles and positivity.To summarize, My kids are SO happy to be Lil Rascals and that means the world to me. This Academy is a gem and I am truly blessed to be a part of the Rascals Family.

The teachers and staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and they made my son’s transition a breeze. From the very first day I felt they cared about the well being of the children. Clean facility, well kept and organized. Very happy with the quality of care. Thank you staff at lil’ rascals Davie!

One year ago I joined the Lil Rascals (Davie) family and it has been a great experience. The teachers and office staff treated my daughter as their own and truly and genuinely cared for her. The events and curriculum are exciting and designed where kids have fun whilst still getting a great education base....AND the communication is impeccable. I was torn having to leave (for convenience purposes); but could not walk away without giving this particular school a great big THANK YOU and well wishes for great success as they help to nurture our future. I wish my children are blessed to have all caring educators, like they did here, as they grow.

I’ve honestly never been this satisfied with a daycare as I am with Lil Rascals (Davie). First off the facility is very clean and the set up is more like a little preschool rather than the typical daycare set up. I’m in love with the staff! They are all so welcoming and they take care of my daughter as if she is one of their own. I appreciate them more than they know.

Facility is very welcoming, clean and bright. Teachers and staffs are friendly, caring and professional. Both my children love Lil Rascals Davie. I recommend Lil Rascals, because they are so great teaching and taking care of my kids. Overall an amazing school.Thank you so much for all you’ve done for our family.

What a great academy to send your child to! The staff and teachers are very attentive and keep you informed of everything going on. Communication is easy and staff are pleasant. My son loves it! His teacher is so caring! We look forward to another amazing year!

My son has been going to Lil Rascals since he was 6 months old. All of his teachers are amazing in the infant 2 class. Ms. Maritza and Ms. Tara care and take the time to really get to know each child. Including Ms. Sonia, Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Kathleen in the front office. My son loves them all. I would recommend this school 100%.

My 18 month old son has been at Lil Rascal's in Davie since he was was 3 months old. I love the staff and teachers and my son is well taken care of there. I feel like safety and development is their number one priority and my son has thrived in the environment surrounded by attentive and caring teachers.

My daughter has been going for 6 months. Ms. Sandra in infant 2 is an excellent teacher, very informative and helpful. Being new parents she has been instrumental in coaching us through our child's development. Everyone there is very friendly. We receive updates throughout the day on her daily activities.
