I am writing this review to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your 4450 S University Drive Davie, FL on March 18, 2025 at approximately 8:53PM. The employee on duty provided extremely poor customer service, displaying unprofessional and rude behavior when I inquired about my fuel rewards discount not being applied to my gas purchase.
Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the employee responded dismissively, stating, “Lady, I don’t care, I don’t know… oh well, just pump the gas, it’s too bad.” When I expressed my disappointment with his customer service skills, he further escalated the situation, claiming to be the manager and stating that he “did not need my business.”
Additionally, when I requested his name and the contact information for the General Manager or Owner, he refused to provide it and told me to leave the store. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the level of service customers should expect.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter, including clarification on whether this individual is indeed a manager and what steps will be taken to address this issue. If necessary, I am happy to provide further details.

Clean inside and out but the cashier could be slightly friendlier maybe a smile. Didn’t even reply when I said Good Morning. They definitely have the cheapest gas in the area.

I am not allowed in the store, because I'm a bilateral amputee. And the aisle is more narrow than my wheelchair. so usually what I just politely make it to the door? Then they just start screaming at me and sometimes just push me off the property. It is truly a disgusting way to do business.

Two of the employees are pretty rude & nasty. There’s one woman in particular (I will find her name and update later)But she is a complete day ruiner. She will ignore you, give you the nastiest looks you may have ever seen, and possibly just might tell you no, with no reason or rhyme. Not sure if it’s a race thing, a she hates everybody or herself thing,if this is just personality. Mind you this is not one occasion these are separate occasions. Long story, not the best place to alway be treated like a person ?

Pumps not working properly and representative in the store did not seem to care at all. Did not make any attempt to fix the situation. I’ll never stop here again for fuel.
