Before. And when. I. Said. No. That. Wasn't there. She. Got. Upset. And. Told. Me. To. Go. Out. Or. She. Will. Call. The. Police. I left and I. Went to the. Other. Shop in. Sterling and. I lost my phone so they can't send me a pin code to turn my tablet on anything so customer service wants me to ride my bike to a Metro well I'm calling this Metro nobody answers the goddamn phone since 2018 I'm so over and so tired you guys have to answer your phone wear a headset I'm so tired

I bought a Samsung A15 phone and after 15 days it had problems and they did not help me, neither with a refund nor with an exchange, according to them they do not guarantee the products they offer because they do not have a guarantee

Went at 730..... It said on the website it was open until 8 pm.
All I wanted to do was pay a bill. Was rejected and told come back in the a.m. when they open!!!

Tried to return a charger. Had the receipt, box, etc. but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't in the plastic it had wrapped around it and wasn't wound up right. Have been a customer since 05 but this might change thatNot really impressed by the owner's "automatic response". It would have been more appropriate to apologize and tell me to bring the charger back in for a refund.

The worst customer service I've seen from a phone carrier in a long time. The objective of this company is to force people into buying new cell phones every year, because they will find a way to render a phone obsolete. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE COMPANY!

The Girls in this store helped me with all the changes I needed done to my account without fighting me on it like customer service I am very happy with the service they provided I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone if you go I would recommend dealing with Nicole and Katy they are very sweet young ladies

Please come check out Nikki , she provides the best service possible and goes out of her way to serve the customers.
