Tried to return a charger. Had the receipt, box, etc. but they wouldn't accept it because it wasn't in the plastic it had wrapped around it and wasn't wound up right. Have been a customer since 05 but this might change thatNot really impressed by the owner's "automatic response". It would have been more appropriate to apologize and tell me to bring the charger back in for a refund.

Please come check out Nikki , she provides the best service possible and goes out of her way to serve the customers. I wish there were more people like her that possess the talent and ability she has to work and treat customers , truly blown away that there are still good people out there that genuinely care.

Went at 730..... It said on the website it was open until 8 pm.All I wanted to do was pay a bill. Was rejected and told come back in the a.m. when they open!!!

Went in to pay a bill Nicole helped me go on autopay and avoid the $5 dollar fee really appreciated the good spirit and enthusiasm of her for her job 5/5 when I’m ready for an upgrade will definitely come here and will be recommending this store to all my family and friends

Nicole and Katy where very helpful i came in with a problem from another metro store they took their time to call the company and i had service back on my phone if your locally in this area highly recommended to come see them they will fix your problem as well as make you laugh will definetly be coming here for any other services needed

The worst customer service I've seen from a phone carrier in a long time. The objective of this company is to force people into buying new cell phones every year, because they will find a way to render a phone obsolete. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE COMPANY!

Never go to this store! Employees only know how to do selfies. Customer service is the lowest possible rating here that anyone could ever get. Rather sell you a new phone than to help with your recently purchased phone from the exactsame store. As well as never opening store in time. Please make it easier on yourself to spend a little more time finding another local store for assistance, payment, or anything you would need phone related. I'm giving my 100% total truth on this post. Thanks Nicole for not helping
