I've had good service at this location in the past, however recently not so much. They don't answer the phone when you call and they are the only location that doesn't want to sell SIM cards. It's as if the sales girl couldn't care less to do her job or make a sale, and only seemed interested in selling a SIM with upsell, when I just needed a replacement SIM for my phone. I have successfully done this at this specific location in the past, and every other store who answered said this wouldn't be a problem. Guess I won't be doing service at this location again, and it's the closest to me. All it takes is one rotten egg to spoil the bunch. Smh

Bad customer services the store says it closed at 8 but when I got there 15 minutes before it closed the door was all ready locked the girls there didn’t want to help just because I didn’t bought the phone there really bad customer service and attention to there customers

You cannot pay online, you cannot pay in the store, there is always a restriction. Its friendly people but apparently the administration system is not good.

Lisa In the Hiatus Road store has been extremely helpful to my husband and I. He and I don't really know a lot about these new phones, and she has been extremely helpful to us, and we are extremely appreciative!!

Having been given a load of bad advice elsewhere I was recommended to come here. Only one member of staff on duty facing a load of customer challenges but they were great. Kept their cool and standards. Helped me, even though there was nonprofit for them. Want somewhere you can trust? I'd recommend.

I don't know if these girls get a bonus for adding lines to people's accounts but unfortunately they like to do it without the people even giving them permission to do so. First it was last year when they told me I get a totally free tablet don't have to pay anything at all ever ..next thing you know I'm paying monthly for the tablet. It took me a little bit to take the tablet off of my account. Now in December 2023 I had broken my phone and went in there and bought a new phone... Lo and behold this girl adds a line again to my account without me knowing about it and I never authorizing it. This is fraud and scamming. If they wanted more money find yourself another job that you actually have to work instead of listening to reggaeton all day. They need to get fired period. So unprofessional.
