This 2 girls ,don't have experience at all.whoever hired them to stand there,need to fired them right away,if this store need business.They don't know how to talk with people, they don't know how to answer to people Nad they don't know anything about the services.I see on my eye today that,they arque with costumer,and they don't know how to help.Very poor experience for this location

They were good until T-Mobile bought them out and now they're very undependable. The person that answered the phone was very flippant. He had his answer down pat but it didn't resolve anything.

I went into the Metro PCS store today, on University in Davie, Fl. After waiting and watching the young girl rudely take care of the elderly man in front of me it was my turn. I needed to get a new phone for my son. After asking me if I new the password and I went to look for it. She then asked for the phone number. So I went to look for that. I gave her the number and then went back to where the password was and tried to give that number to her. She rudely said give me a minute. Then she asked when the payment was due and I didn't know. At that point she developed a real attitude and told me I didn't have talk to her that way. I told her I'm not talking to you any way. She replied, You don't need to yell at me. At that point I kind of laughed and said, Honey if I was yelling this whole complex would hear me. That really made her mad. At first she said her system was down and then she said I refuse to serve you. I called Customer Service right then and there. I filed a complaint and they said they will take disciplinary action. The guy on the phone had a heavy thick accent and I couldn't understand him so when she talked to him she told him I mocked her for her accent. I'm 60 years old and I've done business at that store for years. I have NEVER been treated like that by this store or any business. Gabriella shouldn't be working with the public. Snowflakes can't deal with real life! She refused to tell me her manager's name or when he would be in. If anyone knows his name please help!!
