I had the best experience at this Michael's location. I believe her name was Courtney rollinson manager. Very helpful very well manored. Was able to help my daughters with every question. And there was a lot just want to say thank u for ur help

This Michael’s location is exceptional. Every employee that I have interacted with has been fantastic. In particular, those in the framing department are top notch. Our family has gotten many, many frames done here. Vito is a wonderful employee. He went above and beyond to repair a frame that was damaged in our move and helped me frame a difficult foam backed painting. I am incredibly grateful for him.

Great selection, excellent service, generally quite clean and well maintained. On the more expensive side, but they usually have what you need and they are quite helpful. Recommended.

I was just at this store and sad to say that I’m very disappointed due to the bad customer service. It is 11am and the 2 ladies in the cash register are already in a bad mood. I understand that dealing with customers can be stressful but I do work with customers myself and I leave my personal stress at home and treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. First of all, the self-checkout machines were not giving me the discount advertised; I asked for help and one of the women in front said, “go with her!” After explaining the situation to the other woman, she checked the price on one of my items and gave me the discount. The second item had a discount also, when I scanned in the price check scanner but when she was scanning at the register, it gave her another price, so I told her and she very rudely said, “I don’t know why it says that” and just blew me off. So I told her that I did not want the second item. Very disappointed… Michael’s management, please train your employees in the customer service area because it does make a difference.
