They have a lack of respect in the system that applies COVID vaccines to children over 18 months and when you arrive they tell you no and that the insurance did not recognize it, they waste time after you send them all the information and they confirm the appointment

Came here because they had the fastest open appointment and my throat was killing me. It's close and they are super nice. Best thing is that since the pharmacy is here you don't have to drive far if you are feeling super horrible. They speed up your prescription filling since you are here.Any how they have a nurse and nurse. Practicioner so it's fast and like going to my doctor's office, which is slowers.

There is a reason why is a 2.6 rate. This place is a hole…my insurance said that I’m covered…the “nurse” said my insurance was e-rejected…so therefore if I have Covid then it is ok with me…

I saw Dr. Roelans for an appointment and she was beyond exceptional & such a great help! I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about, maybe the wait but she was the only physician in the place. Her bedside manor was so amazing she used all of the medications she had left in the office, just to treat me. She followed up with me & my partner after the visit, fedex my results & provided further medication to truly make sure I was fully & properly treated. You can’t ask for better physician care than that. Especially at a minute clinic & can’t thank her enough for all of her genuine care & concern to make sure I am fully treated. Thank you so much Dr. Roelans!

Do not waste your time. It’s horrible. Supposedly a walk in clinic. I got there at 9:45 AM and couldn’t get an appointment until 1240. I returned at 12:40 only to be told that I wouldn’t be seen until 2 o’clock. The nurse practitioner said she had to see another patient and then have lunch. So I should wait for an hour and a half.

Worst experience ever. Got here at 9 am and put an appt for 11:10. Came back at 11 for my appt and waited until 12. Was told they would call me when my appt was ready. They called at 12:45 and said to come and they would put no one ahead of me. Then got here and was told the dr took someone else and it would be 10 min. It has been an hour...

I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before making an appointment to see a “doctor”. The two ladies were professional but the only reason why book an appointment to begin with was because they advertise that an appointment fee would be $59 on their website. I told them of my previous medications to help my symptoms because I was experiencing severe pain trying to using the bathroom. She informed me that the medications would tamper with the results of a test that she would give me but still decided to take the test and charge me for it. I thought the least I would get was treatment but all I got was a referral to go to urgent care. I ended up paying $134 to take a pee test that would come out inconclusive and an appointment fee that ended up with te doctor telling me to go to urgent care because she doesn’t have the right equipment to help me further. I inform them that I have no insurance so for me to pay $134 to be told to go pay another $159 just to see a doctor at an urgent care was absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for a flu shot and was overcharged.Had to send some insurance information to corporatecorporate. They said I would get a refund check. After seven weeks got a check in the mail.Deposit it to my bank account and it bounced. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

This review is for the MinuteClinic Video Service on the CVS app. I needed to refill a prescription, and my doc would not do it w/o seeing me (I had just seen him 4 months ago) and the walk in emergi/medi clinic near me was going to be to $150 just to get a script for a topical cream for psoriasis. We are not talking about a narcotic or an anti-depressant or anything like that--just a tiny tube of a topical cream that gives relief from occasional psoriasis break outs on my skin (mainly stress-related)!! I used the CVS App, and signed up for a video appt w/ a doc. Signing up took about 5 minutes (just because it was the 1st time) and the charge was $59 to my CC (only $19 more that the co-pay at the doc office which would not be for 2 weeks from now). The doc me w/in 3 min (it was so fast I was in the middle of brushing my teeth, lol) and she patiently listened, I showed her the empty tube I wanted refilled and she had sent the e-prescription over while we were still talking. 5 minutes later, I got an email from the CVS Pharm in a Target near me to come by in 1 hour. All this while sitting at my home computer and logging in 1 hour of paid work. Additionally, she would have sent the e-prescription to any pharmacy I chose, not just CVS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the CVS MinuteClinic VIDEO VISIT from their App for fairly minor medical needs. The $59 fee was extremely fair, but most important was the convenience of seeing a doc NOW from my home office chair!!
