Absolutely worst customer service Walmarts in general already have trash customer service but this location is top tier trash... no one ever wants to assist they hella rude for absolutely no reason. I went in today to pick up a few things as normal and to return some gerber baby food that made my 5 month old baby girl swell up and had an allergic reaction. I attempted previously to return it and the employee Leandra was rude and stated it's not open so I was super surprised as I always shop at this location because it's close to home. So today it was open so i got to the front of the line and was asked what I needed I explained I needed to return some baby food that was gifted to me leandra stated do you have the receipt I stated no I don't being that it was gifted to me she replied there's nothing I can do for you you need a receipt I stated I've never had to have a receipt I've always used my ID to return things she just blank stared at me and said well there nothing I can do I asked for a manager and she said I am the manager with a nasty attitude so I then said no who's you manager the person that hired you that can also fire you she said my manager is in the back so I asked her to get her she gets the manager named Krystal who was not in the back she was in the produce section because I previously shopped before attempting to return the baby food and I actually asked Krystal a question and she helped me so no she wasn't in the back on break she was actually stocking the bananas in the produce section. Leandra is a liar Krystal assisted me even tho I didn't have a receipt she returned the baby food and gave me a gift card with the balance of the baby food on it. She was a please thanks for you excellent customer service Krystal Leandra needs to be In the back talking to boxes since she acts like she doesn't know how to talk to customer she needs to be retrained and definitely doesn't need to be a manager because the same thing she said couldn't be done was done by her manager Krystal. Customer service is everything thanks again Krystal for you help Leandra next time you don't wanna come to work I'm sure Walmart has a call out option use it.

I like this little market. It is close to where I live and does not feel as if I am in a Walmart. They have some higher end brands here. Not too high end. I bought some Dippin Dots ice cream. I haven't had that in years and certainly not from a supermarket. I find Walmart had some foods I can't find anywhere else. Like the Entenmann's frozen desserts. I bought one and it was good, not great. They do sell some household goods. You probably won't find everything you need because of the more limited space. This store is very well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. It feels like a nicer experience to me than shopping at a regular Walmart. This is much, much smaller and feels like a neighborhood market, which it is. They don't seem to have too many of these around. There are a few other shops here like a UPS store and a La Granja restaurant.

Every time I go to his pharmacy people that work there are awesome. They have great personality. They're very helpful and they usually have everything I need in stock.

I would give this place a 5 star but every time me and my fiancé go to the deli section either no one is there to help or they take forever. The first time we did get helped we were helped by an employee named Zulay and the employee took over 10MIN. To help because she was in the bakery section helping her coworker instead of assisting. This is beyond ridiculous because what she was doing was something that could of waited or the bakery employee could of done herself. (Putting uncooked bread in the oven) The saddest part of it was that Zulay the deli employee acknowledged us after she was told yet still continued to do what she was doing.

Good options of everything. Nice people. Missing cashiers, the only option is the self checkout.

I like this store because you are in and out fast. The thing I hate about this store Is the self check out only. This is such a pain in the neck, Im constantly having to ask for help . Why can't there be a couple of cashiers for those that prefer someone doing this for them? Parking is ample.

I'm not sure of anyone else's experience but I will say that I frequent this store and every time I have come to shop here I am always greeted kindly and have been assisted kindly as well. On this one particular day Maribelle, and Francesca helped my daughter who went inside alone walked out without her receipt and made a mistake in the dog food purchase to our surprise. She had to return it right then and had not taken her receipt. These two ladies were very helpful locating that receipt she left behind. James made the process easier as he assisted in the return and Sharissa (hope I didn't misspell) completed the transaction. They were all willing and able with smiles on their faces the whole time. James is a great leader and his staff is lucky to be led by his great management skills. Thank you to all !

This location was not that crowded when I came in to get a gallon of milk. I observed some shoppers filling their carts with all the yummy goodies for Thanksgiving, which made me a bit sad because I won't be able to enjoy the holiday this year...unfortunately I have to work....really sucks. Anyway, the supermarket is large with organized aisles, reasonably priced items, and curbside service. Very convenient if I'm in the area and I need to get a few things.

This store DOES NOT follow corporate Walmart's rules and regulations regarding online purchases. This location permanently lost my and my family's business.

This store DOES NOT follow corporate Walmart's rules and regulations regarding online purchases. After calling Walmart.com for a online order, I was advised that I could come to this address to return the item. I go in after already waiting in the heat, wait at the customer service desk (which is not near the door, you have to walk passed all the lines of people waiting at the registers with your online order, consider this if you are carrying a large or heavy item). I got to the desk, and was blatantly ignored for a few minutes while 2 employees were carrying on their important conversation. Then, an off-duty employee got in front of me in line and stood right at the register, brushing her hair and talking to the other 2 employees. Finally, they realized they might possibly be at work. I showed my online order and receipt information, and was advised that they "don't do" online returns at this location. When I mentioned that I was told otherwise, they called the manager, whom had no sense of customer service skills, and repeated that they do not return online items. (Which is not true according to the corporate Walmart representative I spoke to earlier that day). Not very helpful, a customer service location in a store that does not provide customer service?

Never a reason to be a smart a** to customers when asking what time you close. . . Just a question and there were still people inside . .

The employees at this store go above and beyond to help their customers especially during the pandemic. The online ordering and curbside pickup are both efficient and convenient and this store has some of the most pleasant helpful Walmart employees that I have ever met. I worked in a grocery store when I was a teenager and know how tiring the work is, how frustrating the customers can be, and how easy it is to not feel appreciated especially when the paychecks are handed out. So I am saying this with sincerity and gratitude. Thank you and please keep up the great work that you do!!!!!!!!!!

Some weeks are busier than others. It happens to all of us. Grocery shopping is one of my favorite things, I truly enjoy it. However, sometimes life just gets in the way and you need to save yourself any time you can. This was one of those weeks for me. Enter Walmart Grocery pick up. Its wonderful! I ordered my groceries the day before (this includes beer and wine!), you select the brands/quantity, everything. Then select a time slot for the next day or another day in the future, you arrive/check in snd they bring your groceries to your car! You dont even need to get out! Best part? It doesnt cost Anything extra! Two of my items werent in stock, so they substituted for a different brand. All of the items Ordered were selected with care, no issues on expiration dates/freshness. I cant tell you how easy this was and what a time saver. Its little services like this that really mean a lot. Check it out! Even if you just don it for the basics. Its going to save you time. The Neighborhood Market is the closest to my house, parking is easy and they do all the work for you. Two !!
