A cashier stands directly behind you now while using the selfpay kiosk... instead of standing behind me, watching me you should just rring me up at the register, very uncomfortable, feeling. Next time I'll drive an extra mile.

Imagine trying to get your medication and you walk up to the pharmacy inside of this CVS and the clerk looks up your information and instead of attempting to assist in resolving the issue she walked away and attended a drive through customer. My doctor sent the prescription and instead of attempting to help me out in explaining why on their end it was sent but CVS claimed other wise she just turned around and ignored me as a customer? What's even better is the pharmacist saw the entire ordeal and ignored my calls to assist. What a terrible place to visit. Such bad customer service and with the lack of basic decent civility it's best you go to another pharmacy.

I went to the minute clinic last year next to my house on Griffin and flamingo and waited over three hours in my car with an appointment I needed some vaccines and my teacher recommended this location within 10 minutes I was in and out with my tuberculosis papers and I will continue to go to this minute clinic thank you!

This CVS has stuck in 17th Century! I don't know how to make them answer the phone calls... Staff is rude and lazy! Avoid this location!

Walked in for a COVID Pfizer vaccine for a family member. No appointment. Within 14 minutes had the first shot and the card. Waited 15 minutes afterwards. An easy experience.

I'm not sensitive whatsoever, and since i've worked in medicine I understand having patience, but this CVS is like pulling teeth to get quality service unsuccessfully!! 99% of the people who work there act like you're asking them to do mission impossible just by doing their job. When my physician asked which CVS to choose and I saw the bad reviews for this CVS, I didn't think anything of it. Whatever you do, SERIOUSLY, do NOT choose this CVS. They literally suck. Literally.

For this to be my first time as a customer in this location, I was not impressed. The service was truly poor and they need a lot more organization. What should've took all 15 minutes, took over 45 minutes with no solution. I understand that things happen, but your customers should not be waiting that long to only be turned around with no prescriptions. I came in today to switch over from Walgreens, but I'm seriously considering sending my prescriptions back there.

This pharmacy sucks! Brandon the pharmacy tech was rude over the phone, I was asking him questions and he started huffing and puffing as if I was bothering him. I wanted to know if they have a particular medication so I can have it sent to them instead of running around looking for a CVS that does have the medication and to not waste my time. I had the doctor send it to this particular CVS anyway because I didn't want to hold the doctor up from sending the prescription. Worst mistake ever! Christina the pharmacist did not want to do her job. I know that they can't tell you over the phone if they have particular opioid medication but I do know that they can tell you when you are actually there in front of the pharmacist which I was. She exclaimed that she couldn't tell me. Which was a lie. I get it I have an attitude and people don't want to help someone who has an attitude but if they did their job right it would have diffuser the situation. I had an attitude only because I'm irritated due to being in pain and the fact that I was trying to avoid exactly what I was going through. She told me I had to have a physical paper prescription. Then she said because it was done electronically that it can't be transferred to another CVS that does have it. She could t tell me which CVS has it either. Useless! I had to call corporate to make sure I wasn't wrong and sure enough I was told again they can tell you in person before you get the prescription filled. So now I have to wait a week to get my prescription. They have nothing in stock which is negligent. Shouldn't they be prepared? They gave me the option to call my doctor and have them find out which pharmacy has it so they can get it filled there. Since when does a doctor go to school for many years to waste their time calling all pharmacies to find which one had the medication? Pharmacy techs do that. I made a complaint, hopefully the store manger will solve this and get Brandon and Cristina fired but if they're friends they will probably be protected. There's another negative review about Brandon and yup he's still there. on top of all of this there was construction going and when I was talking with pharmacy the guys came over to where we were and started working and making noise. Inconsiderate, not thinking and oblivious to their surroundings. That's South Florida for you

Prices are higher than other places, they have their own cvs brand as alternative. I love getting my medications there. Specially, the pharmacist Ms Tiffany, she's very cheerful and accommodating. I always feel welcome when she's around. The milk is a steal and so as the canned sodas.

This walk-in clinic should NOT be called "Minute" Clinic. I had a 3 hour wait with one person in front of me. If you go before the Physicians Assistant's lunch break, the timing for your return at the kiosk is way off and this is why the estimated wait time does not calibrate. When I signed in at 11:50am, the kiosk said my wait time was 149 minutes. I did not get in to see the Physician's Assistant until 2:50pm. I now call this place the 180 Minute Clinic. The PA was extremely thorough with his exam and was very knowledgeable. He prescribed medication that I was able to pick up at this CVS location. I also asked the PA to send some of my other meds across the street to the Walmart pharmacy (they had some better prices). You really have to shop around and use the Good RX app for coupons. I would definitely make an appointment online to avoid this long wait in the future. Walk-in is not the best option for this location.

I give this place 4 stars mostly for CVS in general. My number one priority is their cruelty free products! I use this app called Cruelty-Cutter and you scan or look up products that test on animals. CVS is one of very few that are cruelty free! This location is across the street from me but it is on university so I drive because I don't want to chance my life crossing lol. This location is pretty dead any time I have been here. They used to be open 24/7 but now they close at midnight. The prices are a little steep but prices in general inflate anyway. The sales are okay. I have their rewards card as well but it appears it is mostly for cosmetics and I never use them so it is a waste. When you come in, there is a kiosk that allows you to scan your card and it prints coupons. When you get your receipt (if you purchase anything), there are usually coupons there as well. So the employees have really stale personalities. They are not rude but not approachable or personable by any means. On the other hand, they are on point with not messing up sales or coupons.

Took my elderly mom to get her flu shot today and the pharmacist (Duval) was very kind and gentle. I didn't give the 5 stars because the cashier (Carmen) at the front of store was disrespectful to another employee in front of customers. That's not cool....don't air dirty laundry in public. Although she was very nice to us, it still looked a bit unprofessional. Misunderstandings and disagreements on the job need to be handled behind closed doors.

I am a doctor and was calling this location to get medication for a patient. I saw the bad reviews but decided to use them since my client wanted that location. Boy are the reviews right! Talked to pharmacist Jeff Lo and he did everything in his tiny power to belittle/talk down to me. He then hung up on me before the call was over. Avoid this place if possible especially if Jeff Lo is there. He is just a nasty person and a bad pharmacist for acting like that. Shame on him! By the way made this complaint to the manager Mary and she was SUPER nice so buy your stuff there just do NOT go to the pharmacy!!!!!!

This store has the worst customer service of any CVS I have ever been to. I came in to return an item I recently purchased and was told by the man at the counter he could only give me half of what the items were worth. I then asked to speak to the Manager, the young lady standing next to him named Mary said she was the manager and could return the items but could only give me store credit. I said this was fine and she began to process the return, half way through she said she was not able to process the return and told me to go try another CVS or come back another day to speak to another manager. These people do not belong in front of customers. Do yourself a favor and try the Walgreens down the street, they know how to treat a customer.

I will never understand how pharmacy can call themselves the pharmacy if they do not carry medications that you need every single month, month in and month out. I have complained about this pharmacy all the way up to the vice president of CVS. Nothing helps. My sons get the same medication every single monthand most of the time they are completely out of stock. They don't offer any advice, they really don't give a crap. Piss poor service, piss poor attitude and I will never be back again.
