Worst CVS ever. Girl at the front playing with the phone and cannot assist me. I asked the lady in the pharmacy for help and she sent me to the front. Really bad customer service... I sssume management here sucks.

I was waiting over 24 hours for them to fill an Rx of antibiotics. I called three times (starting in the morning after the doctor called in, i do understand they have many before mine) and each time i was told they were working on it, that i would get a call when ready - this is ridiculous! Meanwhile, infection growing and feeling worse and worse. The job of the pharmacy is to fill prescriptions so patients can get better, the medicine is not a controlled substance or anything unusual - no one should have to wait that long for much needed meds - i gave an extra star because the guy that helped me was actually very nice, not his fault/call on the filling of the Rx

Just got cash back and they gave me fake money. Called them within 10 minutes of me leaving the store (when I noticed) and they told me I have to deal with management now . IRRESPONSIBLE!

Fraud Alert anyone that is looking for a customer oriented pharmacy stay away from CVS this company could care less about the customer they only protect the insurance company I really think there pharmacist are hired and are not qualified for there position.. PROTECT YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY This pharmacy is located on University Dr and Griffin Road.

What a great location to place a CVS. It's so accessible but not worth visiting. The store is average and the employees in the front are good workers. But the pharmacy! MY GOODNESS! It's so horrible I want to cry. For some foolish reason I keep going back to give it a try hoping this time it'll be different. But nope I end up with more time wasted and disappointed. I blame no one else but the pharmacy manager and his lack of leadership. If this guy is removed from this chessboard then this store has a 100% chance at succeeding. I mean every time his team has a question he gives them basic answers that doesn't help anyone. If you see him for yourself you'll see there's no enthusiasm in him whatsoever. This energy rubs off on his whole staff and no one seems happy to be there or to help the customers. I really hope that this guy finds what he's passionate about in life and move on to doing that because this team is really being held back. They could use training by someone who really care about the people their serving. Every time I go to other CVS's I experience the brands greatness. But this one is the worst I've ever been too.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They actually walk you to the aisle with the product instead of just having you guess. My cashier Russel was amazing and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back to this CVS!

AWFUL place. Horrible service. Unprofessional staff. Incompetent Pharmacy technicians. Lousy pharmacy throughout. Worst Minute Clinic! Not Covid compliant. Horrible, horrible place.

Unfortunately I have called this CVS multiple times recently and each time I call they put me on hold for 2.5+ hours. I eventually had to hang up because I had to do other things. When I used to call them a couple weeks ago/about a month ago, they would answer within 20 minutes so I don't know what changed recently.

I saw an item clearly labeled for $19.99, plus I had a 40% coupon. They charged $29.99 for the item, which after the 40% came in at about $18.00. I showed the clerk and then the manager that it was clearly labeled at $19.99. So then they agreed to give me it at that price (plus tax) but said since it was a sale they couldn't apply the coupon. I pointed out I was better off with the full price but the coupon, would they go back to that. They said they couldn't, that I was being argumentative, and that I should leave the store. I should also note that the pharmacy will take notes on a medication and then ignore those notes in filling the medication. This is not a well run store.

This is the worse cvs I've ever been to in my entire life they need to fire the whole pharmacy staff and start off or hire more people because they don't know what they are doing back their !!!!

This place is a JOKE. Management should be ashamed as well as the pharmacists. I really try to be understanding and courteous during the pandemic, however, it is vital that people have access to their prescriptions. Not only do customers need their prescriptions but we rely on them to be on time. I was on hold yesterday for 30 minutes before having to fill my prescription online. I was told that my prescriptions would be ready at noon the following day. I went to the pharmacy at 5 pm expecting all of my prescriptions to be ready. I was told upon arrival that NONE of my prescriptions were going to be ready because they were backed up. I should have been notified that this CVS was incapable of having my prescriptions done on time. I am getting on an airplane at 6 am and absolutely need one of my medications prior to travel. Furthermore, I am completely out of my other prescriptions which is now having me to go without them even though they have withdraws symptoms with them. The WORST part of all of this is that I called back after going through the drive through to explain that I needed my prescription emergency filled since I was out and they hung up on me not once but twice! The first time I thought maybe it was an accident and called back, waited another 20 minutes and got hung up on again. New management and new pharmacists needed ASAP. Truly unbelievable and a disgrace to the health profession.

Waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes in the drive through. Horrible service! Someone needs to do something about the system they have in place ASAP!

I waited 3 days to speak with a manager because "the manager " wasn't on duty?! I finally speak to him and he tells me to come in and "try" my payment methods which PayPal touch less payment is posted all over internet and also in promo emails! He was condescending and told me call 1-800-CVS! Really like I didn't know that wasn't enough #s to complete a call??!! Come in try again! Maybe it's because they aren't a big enough CVS? So much for Corner Value Subordinates...phew

Booked a COVID test appointment at 3:50. After rushing to get here, it's 4:52 and I'm still waiting on my test to be HANDED TO ME. I don't understand why you make people schedule an appointment to have them wait for hours. Do better or get out of the testing game.
