“TONS of Florida native plants. Great quality plants and now my favorite place to shop for my garden. Everything is priced perfectly but that just gives me an excuse to get more plants ? RIP to my wallet.
The absolute sweetest crew works there. I have just had abdominal surgery and they hand picked everything from my list and loaded it straight into my car for me. Knowledgeable and at least two team members asked if I needed help while I was browsing.”

“Love the kids workshop here it's so much fun, I went to the sunrise one and they were "sold out" @ 10AM so I drove to this one they were so sweet and had cookies and juice for the kids. We all made wooden gingerbread houses.”
“There hasn't been a time that I've gone to this big box hardware store that I've been disappointed.As someone who is clueless about hardware, I usually get a handyman to help me, but I didn't want to wait till he was free for something I needed right away and could "probably" do myself. I rushed over with lightbulb in hand because the light went out in my bathroom. Given that the bulb is a bit different--with two small prongs which I later learned is called a bipin or bi-pin, I knew I'd need some expert help. After strolling down the aisles, I realized they didn't have the bulb I needed! So I went on the hunt.... After much deliberation with the guys, we agreed on the best possible solution which was to get an adapter so I could just screw in a standard light bulb. The best part was that it was all very affordable and I have two choices going forward. Despite this location not having a whole lot of crew members, when you find one (or two), you can bet your bottom dollar they will jump in and make it worth your trip there!As I was leaving the store, I noticed there's a question on the bottom of my receipt: "Did we nail it?" Yes; Carlos and Paul nailed it!”

They even have a Helenice, I have never seen one before it was absolutely stunning. What a wonderful experience I had! You 100% NEED to visit Grant’s Farm Nursery!”

“I’ve gotten accustom to having to track down Home Depot employees for help as they are very busy but not at the tower shops location. From start, I was greeted by an associate named Jannelle and she offered her assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she proceeded to contact the shift manager Omar as the particular item, garden blocks I was looking for was not on the sales floor. She and Omar both went to the stockroom, found the item and brought it out. I was then informed by Omar that the item had just gone on sale which made me even happier. I was really amazed by their professionalism and eagerness to help. You always hear about bad and never the good but this one was certainly one of those goods! I will definitely brave the tower shop plaza traffic congestion in the future just to go to this Home Depot location! Thank you Jannelle and Omar!”

Edit; We had told Laron we would leave a good review. I wanted to inform him I am a man of my word.
So i called the store. Home Depot your automated answering borders on awful. The woman who finally answered was indeed awful and would not allow me even to speak. The next woman was slightly less awful.
Home Depot have Laron start at this store first. They need professional training by an expert.
In the marketplace now doubt the big box stores rule. I am a retired electrician. I only visited this location to appease my GF. It was roughly 7pm.I prefer wholesale houses. One can get better service and better quality of goods. We will end up purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Because we have an account there.They will be able to match our choice and at a better price.
My hope is this review educates the masses.”
