“Sandor and his team at Black Diamond Pawn are the best of the best. Top-notch guys who are kind, honest, and respectful. I’ve sold items to them twice, and the experience has been amazing. I especially appreciate how Sandor takes his time to research and do his own DD on each item in front of you. This shows transparency, and it’s a quality in customer service these days I think goes overlooked. As a returning customer, I highly recommend this pawn shop. Just awesome.”

“First time I came here, replaced batteries in a few watches, one wasn’t workin Gn and I was not charged for it. The employees have integrity and are very fair, I would recommend them for their honest practices. All my watches were also returned in the same condition. Thank you”

“A positive experience where I was able to purchase a quality luxury handbag. I was able to confirm the authenticity of the product as well. The clerk was transactional and reasonable so the sale process was short and easy. They also returned an item we'd left at the store by mistake. Nice showroom compared to its peers in the pawn shop space. Nice facility and parking lot. Good lighting. Felt safe and secure.”

“2 J’s Pawn & Gun has excellent customer service and great pricing. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely takes the time to help you not just rush you through a sale. What really sets them apart is that they remember and take care of past customers. You’re not just another transaction here. If you treat them well and build a relationship, they’ll absolutely take care of you in return. Fair deals, honest service, and a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk in. Highly recommend supporting this shop.”
