“This place is more than wonderful! They take a really good care of puppy because they really love dogs. France was an angle for my puppy Skye and me.I wrote her to know about Skye and she answer every time quickly.Also she gave me some direction to feed Skye in a proper way and she even provided me with some food that my baby dog likes.Skye was more chubby and looked very happy. “I called a few places around to find out if they had any Cockatiels in stock, when I called Bills I was greeted so kindly and they told me they didn’t have one but if they got any they would hold it for me.I was so grateful for that since I was looking for a bird for my mom as Mother’s Day gift.When I walked in, I really liked how clean the place was, I really liked all the different kind of birds they had.I had a couple dozen question and they were happy to answer all of them and gave me great peace of mind not only that I was making a good choice but also that if there was any problem at all? I could reach out to them and they’ll take care of us. I loved all the accessories and different toys they had as well. A bonus was me able to buy the food there so I didn’t have to make another stopsI highly recommend Bills Birds to everyone that’s looking to be a bird parent. Great local business ?”

“I want to first say that I had a wonderful experience with Michael & Janet….they kept me informed while I waited for my permit to be approved and sent me pics & did a FaceTime with me so I could see my baby. I received a healthy little boy squirrel monkey that has adjusted well to our home. Before taking him, Janet provided over an hour of training and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. She gave drinks and snacks to my son & I while we were there and called to make sure we arrived home hours later. I would definitely come here for a playmate for my little baby!!!”

“The team in this store is fantastic, specifically the manager Gus! He really does care about the animals, every time I go in there( i'm there at least twice a month) i'm always greeted warmly. It's just a really, really good experience. Its even worth the traffic in that plaza. Lol”

“Love this company. I have fed my Goldendoodle raw on and off since he was a year old. This is the only food he actually loves and will get excited to eat for. He is not food motivated so finding a food he liked really meant something. He has tried lots of varieties of the food from RAW to semi cooked and hasn’t disliked any flavor. The delivery is also freaky fast. Pickup from the Yellow Green Market for free on the weekends, just email them and someone friendly will respond. Highly recommend this place!!!”

“Great job with my senior poodle/bichon. They do a thorough job and treat my dog with care due to his age. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star review is due to the price. But overall it’s worth it when you have an older pet.”

“This is embarrassing to say but we lived down the block from here for over 3 years and we finally made it here! My dog has a subscription to Bark Box and her food is also delivered so I rarely go into pet stores to shop. Hubs and I were already in this plaza so we decided to finally go in. We didn't have any intent on purchasing anything, just wanted to browse. I did not know what to expect since I didn't research the Yelp or Google pages. Although the store was small in square footage, they had so many items. There was mostly food from what I saw but they also had supplements and treats. We wound up purchasing treats for our munchkin-it's like a tradition lol. The treats I purchased were called Crunchy Os and the dog absolutely loved them! Surprisingly, they were way more expensive on Amazon. They are really difficult to find, let alone cheap enough. The store was tidy but it seemed like some of the shelves were spared of some products. It could be we went in on the day before deliveries came in. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.”
