VERY Poor customer service. Multiple messages left. No return calls. Husband went there in person to speak with her. She was VERY rude. He then asked to speak with a different agent. Owner then threw up her hands and said "I only have two hands!" Terrible way to gain new clients. Lost four potential policies with that.

If I could give this insurance a -5 I would give it, very bad service, they add people ? to your insurance and they raise your policy without telling you anything
